So this place is a whole joke. I paid $70 for a basic manicure and pedicure (no color) The way this ma rushed through the process and my hands look horrible. The entire job doesn't look worth the price. Now I will say that they are clean and it's spacious. That's why I gave them the 2 stars and I didn't have a wait. I came to get a nail trial done for my wedding. The guy I got was great for my hands, I forgot to ask his name! But I'll definitely be using them for my wedding nails. He listened to every detail I wanted. Only $40 for the ombré full set The guy that did my pedicure about put me to sleep, I've never had a pedicure I enjoyed as much as I did this one. If I could sit there for hours in their massage chair and have my feet rubbed I would. A little smudged but I don't care about the polish, I never do my toes anyways. My cousin had a full set done that you could tell was rushed but she doesn't usually get her nails done and only did to do it with me, she didn't tip him because the nails weren't great. read more

I am desperate for a pedicure as I get ready for my trip to Cancun. My cousin recommended this location because my normal nail tech was booked. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was immediately greeted and pointed to an available pedicure bowl. I didn't like that they used a drill to remove my previous gel. I've been told by multiple nail techs that the drills can damage your nails beds. I had to point out a tough patch for the tech to smooth because he was ready to move on to polish. They have an extensive selection of polish but I will not be back. read more

The customer experience was horrible. Im in town visiting but this would never be the place of choice. The spa is dirty, unorganized with unprofessional workers. I came to the nail shop for a pedicure, fix a chip nail and eyebrow wax. They should never says they offer Deluxe Pedicure their lavender lotion rubbed to the legs doesn't make it deluxe!!! They were unwilling to do dip color on ONE of my fingers to match the one finger that they made tacky with color. They loss an additional $40 from me just because they don't know how to take care of there customers. If I could give them a zero star I would!!! read more

My worst manicure experience. I was cut by the nail tech and she was not apologetic and seemed unbothered by the fact that I was bleeding, painting right over the blood even though I asked her to stop painting that nail until the blood stopped. Which took about 10 minutes, because the skin cut was that bad. Very unsanitary for me, her and any other customers, especially those that want that polish. I advised the 'boss' and he offered $5 off. His overall attitude said he did not care either. I have attached pictures from the day of the manicure and one with a few days of healing. I always have my nails manicured and being cut happens every once in a blue moon. They are using sharp tools. However, I have never been cut this bad. Additionally the manicure as a whole was poor. WORST NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD. I come to this nail salon all the time because it's close to my boyfriends house and they always did a good job. NOT TODAY! I had a different guy do my nails. First off he was on the phone the whole time. He talked me out of doing nail tips because he didn't want to do them and he couldn't even make sure my nails were all even. My nails went from long to numbs. He also cut me a few times with the drill tool. Maybe if he wasn't to busy on FaceTime and paid more attention I would of had a better experience. I will NOT be going back to this place ever again. Save yourself 60 bucks and go somewhere else. read more

Wouldn't waste your money or time going to this salon. They don't listen to instructions, I told them I wanted a French manicure they chose to do pink and white. Very little communication and overall disappointed with everything about this place. read more

Despite all of the negative reviews, my daughter and I tried it out anyway. We were taken immediately for our Mani/Pedi's. The place is very clean and nice. We were seated together and started. My daughter got a much different pedicure than I did but, I was very happy. As soon as our pedicures were over, we were put into chairs for our manicures. The massage chairs for pedicures was amazing. I found everything to be very clean and a very nice experience. They are a little more expensive than my regular salon but worth every penny. We will definitely be back. read more

i call to confirm first how much it is for a specific service which was $30, and once i get there and they start doing my nails i DOUBLE CHECK the price and both the man and lady just stand there looking confused saying it's $40, after the person doing my nails & WHOEVER i spoke with over the phone literally just stated it's $30. then they try to tell me "that person on the phone cannot hear sometimes" what kind of salon are you running where people can't hear when they pick up the phone? i wouldn't waste my time coming here, they just want to upcharge with money and that's all they care about. read more
