Not long after checking them out my pup told me it was time and we went immediately to them on a Friday morning when they opened. They had the perfect room for him. It was the corner one with the big window. My pup loved being outside and it was the perfect spot for him, he stared outside the window into nature. They gave us a whole cart of treats to give to him and the doctor and staff was so kind and compassionate. The staff from the very first time we walked in to the time I was called to pick his ashes up was absolutely amazing. It was the only time they truly saw him and it felt like they had cared for him so many times before. I couldn't of ask for a better place and staff to have my dog cared for. They were so kind to us and even complimented on how good he was but that was his demeanor, he was always kind and sweet. Thank you Scottsdale animal Hospital! You made a tough experience easy and smooth and made us feel welcomed.

She had her surgery at Thrive Pet Healthcare in North Scottsdale, where I had an incredible experience with every individual who worked there. Dr Radlinsky took her time with my dog, even sitting on the ground with her during her consultation. The difference in compassion and care was striking. I would never trust my dog with this practice again. I strongly recommend bringing your dog elsewhere.

The procedures went well and my dog has recovered very well. This surgery was a precise surgical procedure because they shaved her eyelids. They then removed the cyst and added stitches. There are of course no guarantees as to how your pet will respond to treatment. I had also requested a callback about other testing and did receive a phone callback, this was appreciated and helpful. Every time I call, they're kind, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They always get me scheduled quickly, answer all of my questions, and make me feel like they genuinely care. I've been bringing my pets here for years. A couple of years ago, I lost my soul dog, and I will forever be grateful for the love and compassion this entire team showed him throughout his life. From the technicians to the veterinarians, everyone treated him like he was their own. and a special shout out to Skyler who was my vet tech at the time, she was INCREDIBLE and has a piece of my heart forever for the way she loved my boy in his final moments. But They were all by our side through his diabetes treatments, and their kindness during that difficult time is something I'll never forget. More recently, I met Dr. John Soltero when I brought in my one-year-old deaf puppy Romeo for his annual exam.Romeo has had neurological issues, and we've been working with a neurologist in Phoenix. As many pet owners know, specialty care can be incredibly expensive. We reached a point where the only next step was an MRI that would cost around $6,000, which just isn't possible for me right now. Dr. Soltero took the time to listen to our entire story. Instead of only focusing on traditional treatment options, he suggested adding a natural acupuncture-based herbal supplement alongside Western medicine. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first--but I figured it was worth trying. After Romeo had been taking the supplement for a couple of months, I realized he hadn't had any seizures. I wasn't sure if it was just a coincidence until I was house-sitting and accidentally forgot to bring his pills. Within a couple of days, his seizures returned like clockwork. As soon as I got home and gave him his supplement again, the seizures stopped shortly afterward, and he was back to acting like himself. The same thing happened again another morning when I had missed his dose. Giving him the supplement consistently has made an incredible difference for shorting and cutting down his episodes. something I didn't think was possible (or so I had been told by the neurologist) I know every dog is different, and I can't say it will work for everyone, but I can honestly say it has been life-changing for my boy. I'm so thankful that Dr. Soltero was willing to think outside the box and recommend something I never would have considered on my own. If you're looking for a veterinary team that truly cares, listens, and treats both you and your pets like family, I wholeheartedly recommend this office. I will always be grateful for everything they've done for my dogs. Thank you all for all you do! ~ Britni & LouisGucciRomeo

My husband and I moved to Scottsdale recently, and I wanted to find a vet with a holistic mindset. First of all, the vets that have taken over this practice are newer, and they have recently purchased the practice... To my knowledge. The care that we received was so excellent. I felt that they were very gentle to our cat, they listen to all of our concerns and we felt so safe to bring our other animals in after this. As it turns out, we actually had a bit of an emergency with another animal today and the practice was so caring and kind to us. If you like to watch as vet techs laugh and giggle while your cat is whimpering and stressed to the max, this is the spot. Extreme incompetence in how my cat was handled during her follow-up treatment led to her having a muzzle put over her entire face while she's fully constrained. A first in my 25+ years raising and fostering cats. And none of these taking place during the first appointment with the exact same procures. A 3rd appointment was going to require a $50 gaba pen, getting her extremely high beforehand so she's "calmer". We didn't need this the first time around for that treatment, I don't think we need it now. Forking up another $50 and deflecting the blame to the client's side as a result of poor service is pathetic. The fact it's exclusively a cat clinic is what makes this so disappointing. I included pictures to showcase how chill she really is.

She's been doing this odd mouth movement after eating, and while my previous vet wasn't overly concerned, my gut told me to dig deeper. Enter Dr. Sanders at Scottsdale Cat Clinic, and suddenly the universe felt balanced again. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel calm, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. The clinic itself feels like it was designed by someone who truly understands cats, not just medically, but emotionally. Quiet. Peaceful. Respectful of feline dignity. And then there's Dr. Sanders. I have never, in 23 years of caring for Baby, seen a veterinarian be so thorough, patient, gentle, and intuitive. She didn't rush. She didn't dismiss anything. She examined Baby with the kind of care you'd expect if she were handling something priceless, which frankly, she was. What absolutely floored me was Baby's reaction. Baby, who has opinions. Baby, who does not simply "allow" handling. Baby calmly let Dr. Sanders examine her mouth, her body, everything. I stood there in disbelief. It was like watching a cat whisperer at work. The nurses and staff deserve their own standing ovation. Every single person was kind, attentive, and clearly invested in making both pets and humans feel safe and heard. No one treated Baby like "just an old cat." They treated her like the cherished family member she is. I left feeling informed, reassured, and deeply grateful. If you love your cat. And I mean really love your cat. This is where you go. No question. No hesitation. Dr. Sanders and the entire Scottsdale Cat Clinic team have earned my trust, my loyalty, and this glowing review.
