During peak traffic hours it's sometimes unavailable altogether. This company is in desperate need of an infrastructure upgrade and they literally couldn't care less. I have not one positive thing to say about Century Link. There aren't the appropriate words to even describe the amount of disappointment and dissatisfaction we've experienced with this company. Unfortunately, they are the only provider in our area. The second another provider is available we will drop their service like a bad habit. Their techs are incompetent, their call centers are impossible to navigate. They charge you for everything they can, even when it's their equipment that's failing. They are the definition of profits over product. We've been stuck with Century Link for 7 years and I can fully say that the service they provide is years out of date and an absolute disaster to be forced to use them. I am currently paying for 40 mbs service and, I kid you not, have never even reached half of that. My average download speed is about 15mbs (on a good day) and my upload averages less than 5mbs. I am hard lined directly. That's how pathetic this service is. They don't care, they won't fix it, they won't upgrade their infrastructure. Dozens of techs in person have been to my house. I've spent HOURS IF NOT DAYS on the phone with them. No discounted bill. No remedy. No cares. Absolutely disgusting company from top to bottom.

We went to gallatin valley tax services to have them check out our return for possible amendment. I was pleasantly surprised Sharon went through the whole thing with us and explained things the other tax place we went had not. She went over health insurance things with us and gave us information where to look for a health plan and an idea what the penalty would be next year. I really feel Sharon went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend using them for filing taxes and wish I would've in the first place.
