After getting a call that mom was in the hospital, I reached out to bloom by Doyle's based on name recognition and reviews. Living miles away in CT and unable to be there immediately, I wanted to let her to know that she was just as much surrounded by our love and prayers as my sisters and brothers who were there by her side.The florist gave an excellent recommendation after I described what I was looking for. Within an hour after placing the order, I learned mom was being moved to another hospital in Lynchburg. During the call back to bloom by Doyle's, the florist said they'd wait a little longer for her to get settled in and deliver them to the other hospital. My sister took a picture of the arrangement and sent it to me via text. It was beautiful and so was the smile on mom's face admiring them! My cousin in Seattle uses this florist to send poinsettias to two aunts living in retirement communities in Lynchburg, Va. Everything delivered has been exceptionally lovely, however both are use to shopping for themselves, and have wanted to exchange the poinsettias received for color, or form more consistent with their own color scheme and tastes! I have become involved facilitating the transaction. bloom by Doyle's, is VERY customer oriented, and has always worked with our family too assure both Aunts felt celebrated,and as good about the beautiful poinsettias received, as if they had chosen them themselves. I received flowers from Blooms from my family and I can't say enough of how beautiful these flowers were! The flowers were fresh and they didn't skimp on the flowers put into the arrangement.
