One of the best florists in Southern California. Bloom Box is not only a florist, but an event designer, that cares deeply about the integrity of their work. They have strong relationships with local vendors and rental companies, and are thus able to get great deals. Their designs are luxurious, timeless, and tailored to your vision. My husband and I met with a three florists in our wedding planning process, and Bloom Box was our favorite by far. The lead designer, Fayaz, is charismatic and genuine. While we discussed our vision at the initial consultation, a member of his team took notes, and another drew on a large sketch pad. At the end of our meeting, she presented a detailed rendering of our wedding. Their ability to easily understand exactly what we wanted, and put it on to paper, blew me away. Bloom Box provided a complimentary mock-up two months before the wedding, which exceeded expectations. The flowers and centerpiece arrangements were even more beautiful than I expected. This carried on to our wedding day, where we were amazed upon seeing their work at our venue, The Beverly Hills Hotel. I actually gasped when I saw the garden, staircase, and ballroom. We spent ~$30k, which I believe is on the low end for their weddings. This level of talent and professionalism is worth every penny. My partner and I really weren't sure what to do, but we are so thankful we went with Fayyaz and his team. We had a mix of indoor/outdoor settings for our venue and we really wanted to incorporate the natural greenery of our wedding without overshadowing it with florals. While planning my wedding, my hardest decision was choosing my florist and designer. I met with other florists and did a ton of research. I had heard about Bloom Box through my mom and some preferred vendors. On our first meeting, there was such a warmth exuded by Fayez. You can tell how much he loves what he does and what a vision he has. He asked a bunch of questions and I felt got my vision. When I started describing what I really wanted, he pulled out a few books which captured the look I wanted perfectly. Once I chose Fayez, he was really accomodating with changes I requested. In planning your vision, you can get a little crazy and then when you see the bill, you realize you need other options. I knew I wanted more florals for the wedding ceremony and more glam and glitz for the reception. The florals he chose for my bouquet and to design our mandap (marriage alter) were stunning. I was told by many guests and my planner that these were some of the best flowers and arrangements they had seen. His floral elephants are beyond comparison--worth the splurge. I didn't know what to expect when the reception time came. I was blown away with how serene the venue looked and felt. It was so perfect with the white flowers and the candles...just amazing. He really made me so happy and delivered on all accounts. I can't recommend him any more than I already have. Lucie really knows how to knock it out of the park with the best customer service, follow up, help, suggestions, and in the midst of the chaos in planning a very crazy six figure wedding, (this next bit of info is important when planning a wedding of ANY size), Lucie knew how to keep the floral aspect of the wedding as easy peasy and as calm as it gets. When your planning your next wedding, remember that part of the people you choose to invest in, are not always the end product, but how well and seamless it appears to be along the way. With that being said, let me truly compliment the end product and how happy Fayaz and his team made my wife, they truly gave her the dream wedding of her life. Could not ask for more!!! My dream wedding came to life at Pelican Hill thanks to Fayaz and everyone at Bloombox! From the 1st meeting when we met Fayaz, we loved his enthusiasm and energy. He understood our vision and we knew he would deliver. His taste level is impeccable! We also loved our experience at the floral mockup where Fayaz and his team sets up what one of the tables would look like with the floral centerpiece and table decor. During that time we made little adjustments and discussed exactly what we wanted. Fayaz was open and very flexible with what we wanted. The day of the wedding when I first saw the outdoor ceremony setup, my mouth dropped because it was so beautiful. The florals arrangements set atop acrylic pedestals in front of the rotunda was enormous and immaculate. The draping and chandelier was so romantic and dreamy. My bouquet was beautifully done as well with the most perfect flowers and satin ribbon. Inside the reception was amazing from all the floral centerpieces at each table to the most breathtaking floral wall that stood behind the sweetheart table. The floral wall had orchids and crystals cascading down from the top which also had luscious flowers. The escort table also had the manzanita tree that I wanted and it towered almost to the ceiling. It had flowers and crystals hanging from it as well and it looked so enchanting. Bloom Box Design is not only a florist but an amazing design firm that creates what you envision and makes things beautiful. This review is a bit delayed. Bloombox provided floral design for my wedding last year, and I have mixed reviews for their service. While the dinner tables and other floral design for our reception were really beautiful, the reason for some of my disappointment is with the mistakes on the only important florals that I was very specific about that were done wrong. My cake was to be adorned with peonies, provided them with a picture of exactly how it should look.. When I saw my cake it was covered with orchids. My bouquet, I specifically wanted roses and orchids, in a loose green romantic bouquet, and when I got my bouquet, it was a tight, round ball of roses and some other flower. My planner did something and fixed it the best she could. They charge enough that they could have at least gotten those two important pieces right. I never heard from them after that day, and I never complained because ultimately, it was such a happy day that a mess up on flowers could not ruin it. But I was not satisfied with the service we paid for. read more

Fayaz is a great person to work with! I just did my floral preview for my coming wedding. Not like other designers, he likes to work with my opinions and do everything to make me happy. He is a very creative, and sweet too! I can be very picky sometimes, especially for my wedding, but Fayaz actually is the only vendor who made me surprisingly happy!
