Wife called the shop to see if they had any suggestions on how to perk them up. They said that they would send out some new ones the next day. The next day they sent an entirely new arrangement. What a surprise! Has to be difficult keeping flowers fresh especially when out delivering in mass for a day like Mother's Day. To go above and beyond with an entire new arrangement was way more than we could have expected. Dawn's will certainly get more of our business!

They refunded me, but they didn't care at all about the inconvenience or the fact that this ruined a time‑sensitive, special occasion. This was unprofessional and completely avoidable. If they couldn't deliver to my area, they should have said so before accepting the order and payment. I won't be using them again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time or money either.

They've been around for almost 60 years, which for a business, is basically forever! Arriving- On main street with a small private lot so getting there and parking is a snap. Ambience- To me it's a seen one, seen them all kind of situation. A small clean shop with sample displays and cooler doors full of fresh flowers. Customer Service- Never had a problem. Simple efficient service. Product- It's always a little weird when you buy something that's delivered to someone else, so you never see it. In those cases, my recipients have always said nice things. In a couple of cases where I have personally seen my purchase, it's been just fine. Yelp says three stars is OK so that's what they get!

I asked Marion, the owner, if she would put together something special and grand for me. Not only did she offer to go shopping, she did it on Tuesday when she is normally closed, and she also offered to deliver it on Tuesday--outside the time she would normally deliver. I had mentioned my friend loves baskets, so she purchased a basket with a removable handle so the plants/flowers could also be hung. She called my friend to make sure she would be home for the delivery, but, as my friend was out, she went to pick them up. She loved the little pink house and exclaimed that the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and grand. Alas, she is going out of town for two weeks next week, and Marion offered to babysit the arrangement until her return to ensure they lived! Marion is a wonderful person and a smart businesswoman not to mention a gifted florist! I would definitely use her again and urge all of you to do so. I hadn't baked anything so I stopped in the bakery and picked up some Italian cookies that were displayed on a nice plate, wrapped in pretty plastic and ribbon. Very suitable for gift giving. Very tasty too. Everyone oohed and ahhed over the presentation. Thanks Publix. The store is an older format publix, Small but easy to get around. The people were friendly and even though it was the night before a major holiday, the staff wasn't stressed out. I even picked up a Scratch off there and won $50!

I came to this Publix to grab dinner for my family. The parking lot is always pretty full every…read moretime so I just had to drive a little to find one. The associates are pretty nice and patient when I was undecided about what I wanted in the bakery section. The seafood associate was super helpful in helping me pick the salmon. I met the owners very welcoming mother outside and she ushered me in and gave me a tour. Road to Eden sells plants, containers, soil, mulch, tools, fertilizer, and accessories. They even sell live rabbits and quails. It looks like it was a former house and the rooms are invitingly set up with house plants, gifts, a fish pond, and a complimentary coffee station. I especially loved the $3 fairy pots and the $5 succulents. In the front of the house are adorable scarecrows and hay bales that would make a great photo opportunity for pictures. Road to Eden just opened and is a wonderful addition to Frostproof. They plan on adding events soon. In the back yard where I chatted with the lovely owner are larger outdoor plants for sale. You can get really personalized attention here and have all your plant questions answered. I loved my visit to this family owned business. Come check them out and support them.

There is an indoor glass greenhouse with a variety of plants that thrive in low light and high humidity. It's a stunning masterpiece inside and out. They have tables and chairs, a menu full of pastries and some sandwiches, coffee, teas, & other drinks. You can hang out a bit, shop in their boutique the walk around outside at their beautiful garden of flowers and plants. We enjoyed our stop here, and everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming.
