I went there for a "flower arranging" as advertised. My friend and I purchased tickets for $45 come to find out this is not even a class. No one else in the shop when we attended. They have flowers that you can pick from and then create a very basic arrangement. Not only was it not worth the price, and it was advertised as 11am to 2pm which in reality lasted less than 10 minutes. Adding injury to insult the flowers did not even last a week. I have purchased flowers from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's that have lasted longer. read more

PURE CHAOS. Looking at the pretty pictures I really thought this was a trusted shop. What happened was, I pre-ordered a Bouquet for a surprise birthday present for my grandma 3 days earlier for 11am, they FAILED to deliver at. They explained it as "sorry this is the first time something like this has happened" "Delivery is out, it's going to be there soon". Okay, then I get a call from the delivery guy, who speaks little to NO English, what I got from him was that he has no idea where to pick up the flowers from? I navigated him slowly, since he literally had no clue what he was doing. There was more to it, this is just long story short. I spent over an hour of my time on calling, explaining, and questioning?!?!‼My cousin ended up picking the flowers HIMSELF‼ Like I get it, the delivery guy was "third party company" how they explained, but again I really didn't pay over 120$ for a bouquet for the B-Day Surprise present to be spoiled, and then stressing at work about this. Would really just be easier to hire a deliver guy for your shop, to prevent this craziness and PURE chaos happening. This really is unbelievable. read more
