When I walked into our first meeting all I had was our wedding date, wedding colors, and a few Pinterest pictures for inspiration. After talking to him I felt totally comfortable trusting him with doing his own thing based on our conversations. He is very thorough and professional and helpful whenever I had questions or wanted his honest opinion/guidance. He was also easy to work with and accommodating whenever I asked for some additions or asked him for his opinion based on our final reception layout and I was so, so happy with the results! If you ARE the bride who has a specific vision, I am also confident he can work with you to make that happen.

DO NOT patronize this establishment. They are scammers. My friend and I went there this past…read moreweekend after attending FAMU's homecoming. They charged $30 per person to enter. Once inside it was disappointing to say the least. The place is extra small with poor ventilation. It was a smoke stack. So we headed straight to the back so that we could sit outside and smoke our cigars. Last year, there were tables and chairs, plenty of areas to sit and smoke cigars and have drinks. They had someone to cook food in the rear as well. This year... it was abysmal. It was sad to be honest. They had one very small bench area that surrounding this huge box like structure in the middle. The bench seats were broken. No ashtrays, no service for food or drinks, no tables, no chairs, no nothing. Just a beat down dark parking lot. Never could get to the bar but everyone was complaining about how watered down and small the drinks were. After an hour of that foolishness, we left and cut our losses. While outside, we noticed people were still coming and they were still charging $30 at the door. For some they charged them and closed minutes after. The only way establishments like this will ever learn not to scam people like this is to NOT SET FOOT IN THEIR PLACE AGAIN. DON"T DO IT!

My husband and I preferred to go with their suggestions since they were what we were looking for. They were great to work with and they were quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed help with something. They also provided a lot of guidance about some of the wedding day logistics that I wouldn't have thought of. They helped with arranging the furniture in the house I was getting married in and were there before and during the ceremony and at the reception to help. The wedding and reception turned out beautifully, in large part due to them.
