I asked for the arrangement to include lilacs. They included lavender roses, purple and white lilacs and (unexpectedly) gorgeous fluted-ruffled lavender tulips. Everyone raved. We sent the flowers home with a "virtual grandma" who lives in Spokane. There was a small delivery hitch (my fault). We found that the restaurant would not yet be open at the time I specified. The lovely driver turned around, and came back at the right time. Perfect!!

I wrote instructions, attached a card to go along with them and they were never delivered. Not only that, it doesn't even show in my bank statements anymore as of today. Yesterday it still showed I had paid for them and the money was taken from my account. I'm assuming they reversed the transaction on their end or cancelled without saying anything. Now it's Saturday evening and no shops are open and they're all closed tomorrow. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it was a system error but I even left my phone number....I would think someone would've called. I can't help but feel so sad that she won't be receiving beautiful flowers from my brother and I. If this was a system error- please look into this for the sake of your customers and the risk of ruining special moments.

Was at the greenhouse last week.Went into the perenial house to look for a specific plant.The owner…read moreand an employee were in a conversation at the desk in the perenial house.they did not acknowledge the fact that I had entered the building.Looked around the building and was very surprised at the condition and scarcity of the plants , most of which I would have composted.As I left the building the owner still did not acknowledge my presence.I worked retail for over 30 years and the customers are who pay your bills and keep your business going.Just a smile would have been good.There was very few staff working that day .The staff who worked for Case and Imelda were great.Always very helpful and always pleasant.New staff do not appear to care if you are there to spend your money or not.I have been a longtime customer at Georama,but am so disappointed with the whole experience last week that I will spend my time and money now where people actually care if you are there to support their business.So sad to see things come to that.

There are slim pickings in Colville and this place seemed like a good pick. I was excited they had gorgeous arrangements and I called to make sure they do make them look as close to what we ordered online. So when my mom sent me a picture of what she received I was so pissed and upset that she got shit for Mother's Day. It was supposed to be a gorgeous arrangement with lots of color and what she received I could of got better at the local Walmart there. The beautiful colorful arrangement is the one I ordered online the bland boring tiny arrangement with no color at all is what my mom received. So sad I would recommend Walmart over this place any day. They are a rip off and send crap.

Because it was a late request the dates offered on the website for delivery were all next week, after Kaylan's birthday. So I called Main Street Floral and Sara (hope spelling is correct) and she said just put in a delivery date next week and she would change it to today when the order came through on their website. Within 2 hours our niece was calling us to let us know that she had the most beautiful flowers and ballon delivered to their rural home. I was so impressed with Sara. She was so sweet and worked so hard to get the flowers to Kaylan. In fact her mom Barbara actually delivered them. I will use Main Street Floral anytime I need to send flowers in the Colville, WA. area. And we did all this from Palm Desert, CA. I hope anyone reading our review will call Main Street Floral.
