I explained that the email form is generic on their website and I had no way of knowing who is responsible for checking their emails. The receptionist then repeated she had 'all of these attorneys' and I have to give her a name!! I told her I have no name that it was a generic email request on THEIR website, and there is no way for me to produce a name. She then told me to 'have a nice day' and hung up!!! Yikes!! No customer service training here, and no one realizes that of the 16 attorneys and assistants I had to hear about????? Very unprofessional.

His receptionist was very friendly, and put my call right through to him. Anthony was very friendly and answered all of my questions concerning their Will. It was just before the Holidays and his schedule was full but after I told him my situation and that I was flying in from LA, he made time to fit us in right before Christmas. He answered all of my emails right away and confirmed our appointment the day before we met. I knew that I had made the right choice in working with him but my parents are tough, and I wasn't sure how they would feel.
