Dishes were done, my bed was made. My son woke up the next morning and told me how nice she was & that they really enjoyed her. I hardly ever go out and use sitters so it was definitely a great experience for all of us. I would highly reccomend their services. My kids are ages 10, 7, and 1. So she had her hands full and handled it with no problem.

It wasn't until I wrote them an email telling them how unprofessional it was that they responded and said "We're sorry, we're extremely short-staffed and can't accommodate your sitting request." You waited until mid September to let me know you can't accommodate my request?? And when I asked for another recommendation, I never heard back. Very poor customer service. Doesn't matter if you are short-staffed or full-staffed. You should reply to your customers so they aren't left scrambling. Won't be using them, reaching out to them or recommending them in the future.
