A few FYIs: - Their REGULAR business hours are M-F, 10 AM to 7 PM. Yelp lists their extended tax season hours (9-8), so beware and call ahead! - I was given an initial estimate of 10 minutes to notarize documents. This must have been PER DOCUMENT, as we ended up being there for an hour!! - They only accept CASH (again, except during tax season). This would have been extremely helpful to have known up front. - When I came in the front door, a friendly, elderly chihuahua rushed to greet me. I loved this, but it's worth being aware of if you have allergies, fears, or tend to take a long time going through doors. ;) The dog was not there the other time I've been in.

Direct Auto Insurance (Integon Insurance) I have been with…read morethem for many years. I was hit by an Uninsured, Unlicensed Motorist with fictitious tags, and several pending and outstanding warrants and charges (traffic violations) against him. He hit my small car with a jeep and smashed it up; I spanned around 360. It's undrivable and currently in storage collecting fees. I'm doing this review because I have been paying for Uninsured Motorist Coverage for such a time as this. Direct Auto (Integon Insurance) is delaying in paying for my car to be repaired or replaced. The officer said the other driver should not have even been driving. I am really hurt and disappointed that my insurance company that is supposed to have me covered, does not. I thought I was going to die in that crash. That's how bad it was. My car was just paid off, now it's sitting in a junk yard, smashed up and undrivable. I don't know what else to do. I have contacted the General Insurance Co. I have an attorney working with me, but they say the insurance workers are rude and unprofessional. I don't know what else to say about Direct Auto Insurance or whatever name they are going by now, except BEWARE. We pay so much for insurance to have peace of mind, for if something like this happens, we are covered and protected. But instead, we are left alone, almost in tears, trying to figure things out for ourselves. No one ask to be in this situation, but here we are. Hopefully, Direct Auto (Integon) will reconsider and review the information sent to them; and take care of their own.
