We are very organized when it comes to taxes and we needed a responsive, equally organized accountant and Bennett was perfect. They provided an easy to use electronic or printable organizer. They have a secure communication system to upload docs or leverage private conversations. They were very responsive on questions. They completed tasks on time. They provided a very thorough summary and filed all information timely. They sent an update postcard in the mail. Everything has been extremely smooth. Several years ago, Igor actually didn't file a very important filing, which resulted me loosing out on several thousands of dollars. Prior to the due date, I had messaged Igor several times about it. Over SEVERAL weeks, I tried to contact Igor! Igor just never responded! If you have questions before or after your appointment about your taxes, you probably will not get a response. You are just another number and customer service is not a priority. If he does a poor job, it doesn't seem like he cares. Once there were mistakes on the tax filing that he completed, which really just shows how much he care about his job. Lastly, it seems that poor customer service is a common complaint about Igor as I have noticed that often the Igor/the business will down play the negative reviews. It has been such a stressful process working with Igor Dykhne, CPA. I would recommend going somewhere else to get your taxes done.
