After spending a few minutes with the dryer, he was able to discover the issue and he told us what needed to be fixed. Throughout the process, he explained step-by-step what was the issue, and how he was handling the repair. The repair was completed within less than an hour and our dryer was working again. In the rare event that we have any more issues with the same part, we could call him again, and he would replace it at no charge. I was told that they would call me with an estimate within a day or so. I shouldn't have been surprised when they did not call back for 12 days. After waiting for several days, we made other arrangements and determined that their diagnosis was incorrect. I did not need a new pump, rather a hose had been clogged with a sock, a simple fix.
