I even changed some tables around to satisfy my Atypical personality and although she was probably scratching her head trying to understand why I wanted to do that Stephanie was fine with it. Stephanie also recommended Amber from sound sensations. I spoke with Amber and exchanged multiple emails organizing a list of events to be put into play and what songs I wanted to be played. She was easy to talk to and very accommodating to my requests. She was interactive with the dances and very energetic. Just a gem to work with. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a venu for their event! It accommodates 120 people but I have to say my 72 guests made it very comfortable with plenty of room for a large dance floor! Our venue provided a coordinator, but we were concerned that we would not receive the attention to detail that we were looking for. Danielle hit it out of the park! From day one, she took over managing the contracts with all of our vendors, fielded all calls and questions from them, was always available to answer our endless questions, etc. But I can honestly say that our actual wedding day would not have turned out as wonderful as it was if Danielle and her lovely assistant Fran were not on site to make sure everything went perfectly. They set everything up according to the floorplan we created together, made sure everything went as planned, broke down and boxed up everything afterwards, and then even loaded our vehicle. They're not comparable to the other DJ's that I've looked at. We were assigned Cole as our DJ for our wedding and he did nothing short of an amazing job! Originally we were going to go with a live band but for a fraction of the price they offered ceremonies in their package and I don't regret it. I really love the modern look of the ballroom, the high ceilings and I like the added metal fixures on the chandeliers which gave them a more modern look. The room is very large and spacious and can hold a lot of guests. The gazebo ceremony was a lovely area as the sun was setting.
