I really had no idea what songs I wanted to have played, and Rebecca gave some great ideas and guidance along with samples to listen to (also on website). Rebecca made the whole process of song selection very easy. The day of the wedding the musicians were at the site early, and they looked professional and kept a low profile. Most importantly- the music was beautiful. We honestly couldn't have asked for more from the performers, and the price was reasonable for the service provided. Highly recommended!

The musicians were professional, well dressed and curtious. I had already picked the music selections for the ceremony myself and some of them were not the usual repertoire of the wedding ceremony musicians, but it was not a problem for the Mozart Academy of Music - they found the music sheet and played it perfectly. The coordinator Kady was in touch with me over the emails and made sure they understood what I wanted exactly. If you want a big variety of instruments, flexibility of music choice and reliability, Mozart Academy of Music is the way to go.

Online reservation portal is fairly easy to use Jay,owner, seems very personable to deal with face to face. Any other communications, email or text for example, not so good. See below. The Bad: They do not invest any money in equipment. Have had problems with some of the same amps repeatedly and they don't seem to get fixed. The really Bad: Responses to email communications when there is a problem are absolutely horrible. Many emails simply do not get a response. I have had some errant charges on my account and repeated emails to ask them to look into it were ignored. One example in particular, an extra charge late in December, send a bunch of emails with no response, Finally got a response early in New year after I was clearly frustrated saying that my emails came in during christmas break so they did not have a chance to respond and that they were reviewing the books. Now it is mid January and there still is no response to follow up email sent a couple of days ago. This has been the worst of it but in general pretty representative.

My kid's lesson teacher said it doesn't work well. I couldn't wait for 3 weeks(repair duration) again, I need to find and pay for another repair shop. I don't know what the Music and Art repair team did! so frustrating service! P.S. Eventhough you bought a music book here on tax free day, you will experience that your tax is charged. After I requested the correction for it, they have re-charged it repeatedly. To stop it, I had to quit the rental from here.
