He was very respectful and kind and was quite frankly the "answer to our prays"!! He made us an offer and we accepted because we thought it was fair given all the work that needed to be done. He helped us through every step of the way. Payment was made on time. He offered to let us know when it was finished so we could see it. This was my husband's childhood home and he so appreciated the offer to see it not only restored but definitely improved on. Anyone in our position should definitely call Matt Baker and Homevestor's.

Either they are idiots, or they think I am. If you have half a brain, you would use an accredited Real Estate broker, pay the fees and commission, and get the true value of your home. And an even bigger shame is that some people actually use this service.
