I paid $130 for a classic new set of lashes. I went back in 2 weeks and 2 days to show them what was remaining to book a fill and confirmed it would be a refill price. I was told I have less than 50% left so it would be a whole new set. I don't know many who can afford $130 every two weeks (nor the almost 2 hours it takes for a full new set). I explained I don't wear make up, I don't rub my eyes, i've had lashes for a couple years and never had them fall out this fast. So my repeat business must not be worth it? read more

I wasn't exactly impressed with my overall experience today. As soon as I arrived the beautiful young woman who helped me felt very cold. I said hello, said my name, and she DIDNT say hi my name is, and I'll be doing your lashes today. We just need you to fill out this sheet beforehand. No, She was ice cold, "hi, once that girls done with the computer you'll need to fill out a form." I tried to be overly nice so maybe she would become nicer. That didn't work. She wasn't mean or anything, just not warm and friendly, As you would expect in an atmosphere like this. You come to these places to feel a bit pampered. It's uncomfortable to have someone in your space for an hour if you haven't developed some sort of friendliness...... The whole time I was filling out the form I was hoping she wasn't the one doing my lashes. Unfortunately she was. She showed me to the bed, asked me to lay down. Asked me if I'd had my lashes done before, I responded, I have. I told her how I would like them. She said okay, then the only time she said a word was when I asked a question. I felt like she should say okay, putting this on now. But maybe you guys like more of a quiet atmosphere, which if fair. It's nice though to hear what's going on your face. Again she wasn't mean, she just wasn't friendly, inviting, warm. Overall experience was that it just didn't have the feel I like when getting my lashes done. I want warm, relaxing, professional, luxury. I want to feel happy, invited. At one point I was thinking, did I maybe upset her. It was just uncomfortable. The whole time with my eyes closed I was thinking I don't like this. There were moments she was hurting me, it happens, it's ok, you know a little lash pull here and there the norm, but she didn't say a word when I would wince. Not, oh sorry, oh are you okay? Silence. Dead silent. Then at the end I guess some glue was on my eyelid and she was trying to pick it off, I couldn't tell at the moment, as I'm laying there with my eyes shut. It hurt as she was trying to get it off, I winced, she said Nothing, she gave up, had me sit up, wipe my own eyes with a cloth, which I found weird. Then said oh there's glue on your lid, it will come off later. I said ok. (I've never experience that at a spa before) It's not a small amount of money for a tint and lift. I rarely write a review, but this place is seriously amazing. I've strayed and tried other places and regretted it every time. I've finally learned my lesson, lol! If you want the best lashes around, whether it's classic, hybrid or volume, don't go anywhere else! In a time where people are very quick to write bad reviews over good, it's clear to see this place does phenomenal work. It's hard to find anything but amazing feedback. Blink & Brow is the only place I go for my lashes, all the girls are so talented and it's such a personable experience going in, I always have an absolute blast when I visit. The vibe there is amazing and I absolutely adore my lashes every time I go, they keep me looking beautiful and I never have to worry about wearing eye makeup. I was referred here by a friend and I'm so thankful! Dawn did my lashes and she is such a beautiful soul. When I arrived, we discussed options for my lashes and she had several recommendations based on my lifestyle, my current lashes and wanted to ensure the look I chose would suit me. I appreciated she knew what she was talking about and was very educated rather than just choosing between 3 options like other places I'd been to. I learned Dawn was the first person around Langley to be doing lashes, so clearly she had tons of experience! She was so, so nice to talk to while she put my lashes on. It was a comfortable experience, I had no stinging at all, even when I opened my eyes after they were finished. The best part, I couldn't feel that I had lashes on. My past experiences were feeling like I had something constantly in my eyes and weighing my lids down, but being reassured 'that's normal', where Dawn said 'nope, you shouldn't ever feel them on your eyes!!' I was given a small brush and shown how to prolong the lashes and they truly lasted way longer than precious lashes. I've been to her again for a touchup and got to choose a different look based on what I did last time and love them even more! Please, please go see these girls! I booked a lash lift & tint . I showed up at the appointed time only to be told .. forget it , your lashes are too short . My lashes are about 1/3 inch so not that short just very light and not thick . So I wanted a tint .. same answer .. forget it . I left feeling ugly & defeated . The " spa " smelled terrible with all different colored tables crammed together . I do not recommend to anyone . read more
