The cashier sent us to the back counter where it said customer service where two male clerks were looking busy but had not one customer in front of them and neither on the phone. We pulled up a seat at the counter and they both refused to look up at either of us and after waiting awkwardly for 15 minutes, we left. I think if they don't want to talk to customers or even acknowledge us with any greeting, they should find another job. Sad comments for the business because this was our third trip there and each time the lumber yard was fantastic helping us find our materials.

I had some small outbuilding roofing and interior wall corrugated projects. I gave the salesperson a small drawing with dimensions. He put together a package of all the different types of flashing I needed along with precut panels. The only small complaint I have is the smallest length they can cut a roofing panel is 42". For interior walls corrugated wainscoting height is usually 36". Small outbuilding roofs (pump shed) can also be smaller. Seems a company this large and professional should be able to do that.

We respectfully stayed out of the way and let them do what they knew best. We even got a hotel and put our cats in boarding to allow our floors to cure properly before we walked on them. After seeing the final product, I am not happy with the finished product. The spaces between boards were not properly filled. You can also feel the "fill" product on the floor when walking across it. For the money paid to refinish them, there could have been more attention to detail given to these floors.

The job took almost a month to finish, and we understood- it was a significant amount of work, and it looked nice when all finished, but they broke a basement window and billed us 3 times the estimate. Then he called us at work, sounding drunk in the middle of the day, and threatened to take our house and have his friends in the sherriffs office remove us if we didn't pay. We had to refinance our house, and even though we paid the creep in full, he still tried to sue us and take our house. We shared our experience with some of our friends and found out that we aren't the only ones he's done this to.
