    Florida Residents Please Read: I could not be more disappointed in the process from Breslow. A few…read moreweeks ago, I asked for a quote on a patio, kitchen, fireplace and pergola. The sales associate (will not mention a name) seemed great. Promised to send along a quote in 48 hours. Made me take pictures of my space, send specs, measure, etc. Two days went by and nothing. Week went by and nothing. Reached out two times. Nothing. Finally, heard from her on text saying that there was a family emergency and that the quote would be there at the end of the day. Three days later nothing. So, I sent one last text saying I would like the quote for a comparison with another company. A quote was sent. Looked like a copy and paste out of google images. The specs were not included, not the right size, and it was supposed to be two quotes with all the items requested. NOTHING. I called to ask why the quote was not correct. She didn't even know who I was and said she didn't get a chance to take the information I sent into account. She also mentioned that Breslow has been trying to get into the market in Florida for a month now. Her manager did call me afterwards and let me know that she dropped the ball. He did apologize and offered "to do whatever he could for me." When I asked him what that meant he said he didn't know and probably just meant starting from the beginning and taking over the account (couldn't do anything else). He confirmed that Breslow has been trying to get into the Florida market for 2 weeks. I have decided I will not be doing business with Breslow. I would certainly warn Florida residents to strongly consider going with someone who has done work in Florida.

    Sadly my experience with this location has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, the…read moremeasurement was done incorrectly. Then the product was ordered incorrectly. Then a valance in another room was ordered incorrectly. Lastly, the quality of the product after installation looks pretty shoddy. An installer had to come at least 4 times due to the mistakes of the saleswoman who ordered the product wrong and an installation done poorly. (who has time for this?) I asked multiple times for a customer service rep to reach out to discuss, and unsurprisingly, I've gotten no response. Go to any other shade/blind outlet. Save a headache.

    Unfortunately, the service we had was very uneven. We put in a large order-as we combined it with a…read morerental property. The person who helped us in the Summit store was polite and helpful. The shades for the rental property arrived, had been ordered correctly and were installed and look nice. The shades for our house arrived and not one shade was correct, not one. The quote we approved was correct. A blind squirrel could have ordered more accurately. All the incorrect shades were discovered by the installer who informed the store. Then we never heard from them-after calling for days-the gal finally acknowledged us and after weeks went by (note that we had already paid), we had to place more phone calls, and they they emailed another incorrect quote. And then it was repeated calls, more discussion, lots of scam-like talk about "compensation" for the first installation (which never happened) but wanting to charge us for the second installation and get us to say that was a good deal? It got very weird. We ordered in March, the correct shades were installed this week. Nearly 4 months-which was not as bad as all the wasted time (days missed from work, phone calls, etc) silly pretend "negotiations," and the shades are fine. I ordered 3 shades online a couple of years ago-from this store. The ones I ordered: look better, fit great and came quickly, easy to install. Overall, a very confusing experience. I can't recommend them.
