An employee we were working with told us that he would paint it to match the drop rod. We were then later called and given the option to buy a canopy in the same color for an additional $30 per canopy. My wife reminded them they had already offered to paint them for us. They then did not return calls. We then called them back and they told us they would be willing to paint them if we brought them the paint and then they would charge us a 50$ labor fee. We had to pay for the fans in advance and with a restocking fee we'd lose money to return them. We purchased them with the understanding that they were going to match the colors. I'd prefer to shop local when I can despite finding the fans cheaper online. However, I will not shop here again because of the dishonesty. It feels that they took our money and then changed the terms. They are helpful in person and seem knowledgeable about their products. It's always nice to be able to see in person before you buy it. Given the restocking fee and deceptive practices I would recommend buying online or another local store.

The calk is hard and they used an incorrect type of calk.Should have used silicone.They only have a 1 year guarantee I was told. I live alone and kitchen does not get that much use.There is no way the calk should look like this already.They make up one excuse after another and do not stand behind their work.I will post on FB and tell everyone I know how lousy they treat customers even when it was their own fault for not using correct calk.My old kitchen did not look this bad. UPDATE! - Kitchenland reached out to me and are going to replace the calk, the contractor had hired someone outside of Kitchenland for part of the job which included the calking which they knew nothing about. We also had another contractor (in no way associated with liberty) who was to put in cedar walls to complete our remodel. When we went into the showroom to tell them it was the wrong color, we were told it would be another 3 months for the correct one to come in. Our contractor had other jobs that he needed to get to, so it was going to be more than 3 months before he could get back to our site. We did not want to have our bathroom incomplete for that long so felt we had no choice but to accept this color that we did not choose. They did give us a whopping $300.00 off. Mind you, they would have had to spend a LOT more to replace it. The install took over a week! We already had a second bathroom that liberty was supposed to do. When they "completed" it, we found out that they did not include a topper for the shower on this install although they had on the first shower. Of course they could order one for us for yet more money, unfortunately we didn't feel like we had a choice if we wanted it to look right. Although a third of the size this install also took over a week. I had 2 friends who have been over & wanted to get their bathrooms redone. I have told them to go with ANYONE other than liberty. Jacuzzi was maybe a thousand dollars higher, and I really wish we had gone with them or anyone else. Also, the person they have answering the phone (Brenda) is not of any help. She is JUST there to take your money & your calls. She has no helpful information on your install.

And loved my dogs! The job was done slowly but that was just so it was done perfectly, and it was! Our home now looks like a new home I STRONGLY recommend this company! It was so cold out when they were doing the siding, but I offered and gave them coffee and made them some homemade cinnamon rolls. But all 3 of the men were great and very nice if you need siding this is the company for you!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
