Booked a reservation for a party of 7 on Wednesday night to enjoy the food and festive Christmas…read moredecor this holiday season. We ordered drinks such as the Jingle Juice and food including the chicken schnitzel sliders ,Greek salad and meatball smaller, gnocchi with vodka sauce and pesto pasta. Really great option that they had gluten-free pasta . Be aware on the menu it states to please give them an extra 15 minutes for cooking. Really loved the atmosphere and food was very good! Now, as far as service, I was a little upset once we received the bill. We kindly asked our server why there was a holiday service fee of $69.? She said that was part of the meal and we asked her to clarify, but she said she needed to call the manager. Denise, the manager who was there that night came over and at first when we asked again if this service charge was part of the servers tip, Denise answered that you can add on top of it, but she wasn't answering our question whether or not that $69 would be given to the server or not . ( this also was not mentioned to us when we booked the reservation ) Then all of a sudden our server came around again and told us no that the $69 would not be given to her, and then Denise looked at her and said yes, it will be. Didn't really understand this type of back-and-forth about the bill and whether or not the tip was already included . All they had to do was start off by saying yes the $69 is already part of the server tip and if we would like to, we can add additional if there was great service. Wish the staff would have been clear from the start instead of all the back-and-forth especially with a party of 7 where we already spent over $400 Hoping if we go back, that situation was just a one time issue

If I could give them a million stars, I would! I hosted our work holiday party a couple of days ago…read moreand boy, did they make me look good! We ordered a lechon with sides and a seafood paella. They were both incredible! They bring everything themselves (including enough staff) to finish off the lechon and they prepare the paella right there in front of your guests which is great entertainment. They presented the food in a beautiful manner and cleaned everything up at the end. On top of that, they are the kindest people on Earth! Do not even think twice, book them for your next event! You will not regret it! Just make sure you do it in advance as they book up quickly.

Giovanni Fernandez catered our wedding December 2018. I regret the fact that dinner was the one let…read moredown of the evening. My husband and I, and unfortunately our guests, were completely dissatisfied with dinner and the presentation. When we met Giovanni Fernandez for the tasting, we were presented with - and agreed to- chicken with a sauce over it and mushrooms, skirt steak, and spaghetti pasta for the vegetarian dish. This was to be served with wild rice, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The only additional indication given to Giovanni the day before the wedding was to not use as much oil. What we received the evening of our wedding was chicken with no sauce or mushrooms, rigatoni pasta for our vegetarian dish that tasted nothing like what we agreed to the day of our tasting and mushy wild rice. The food was entirely too cold and it took over an hour for our 90 guests to receive their dinner. We do not consider ourselves to be difficult people. However, a lot of money, planning and effort goes into one's wedding and anyone will tell you that food is a key element. We put our trust in Chef Giovanni and expected him to deliver what he promised us during the tasting. Unfortunately, this is now a part of the experience tied to our wedding and we do not believe that it should go unnoticed. We wrote to Giovanni via our wedding planner and after her second attempt, he replied. He said he'd never run into such a situation and that he would want to cater another event for us at no cost. We replied that we didn't have any events planned and that what we would appreciate was compensation for the effect his lack of service had on our wedding. Giovanni did not reply. I emailed him once more and called him and have yet received a response. I'd like to warn individuals seeking his services. A responsible and honest business person does not react like this when it is a fact they delivered subpar food and service. I wish I would have read every single one of his reviews on here because this isn't the first time Giovanni has let clients down. Beware!

Just used this awesome catering service this past weekend for my daughter's graduation party…read more She requested all Haitian finger food. I was reluctant as I didn't know if I would find a good, reliable, caterer who could make excellent Haitian appetizers. I must say I was really impressed! Chef Lemaire was very responsive to my requests. He communicated with me promptly & gave me good recommendations. The payment process for the deposit was easy (all done on-line) through a secure website. When the food was delivered Chef Noemi came with an assistant. They were both highly professional & efficient. The food was really delicious. It reminded me of my grandmother's parties. The bouchée & cornets were fabulous. My guests were raving about them! The servers were also very polite, professional & accommodating. Thanks Sensory Delights! My event was a real success!

My first try at this catering co. was when they posted a "Pop up Dinner" at a secret location to be…read morerevealed only after purchasing a reservation. I've always seen this on t.v. and so wanted to attend one, so i got my ticket for this event and was looking forward to the tasting. Mind you we had no idea what was on the menu, making it even more exiting !!!! Hints of the view were posted on F.B. so we knew it would be an ocean view, on a terrace...........and the view WAS breathtaking, The night of the event it started to rain, doubt and worries set in since we knew they wanted to do an outdoor seating. Did they anticipate bad weather? would it be postponed? As I picked up my date that was also attending the dinner we hoped for the best. It was held at Ft. Ldl beach. in a Penthouse. we valet parked. Arriving at the P.H. we opened the door and saw the seating was set for indoors. they greeted us and checked our names on the guest list and invited us to a glass of bubbly. An appetizer cheese and fruit station was there for guest to nibble on while we waited for others to arrive. The setting, decor and view were ALL top notch. Entertainment was provided by Famous Cello artist Guy Gogeta Michel and D.J Nyce. We sat chatted with our guest sitting across from us, glanced at the menu for the night. I was ready to try everything on it, even the risotto which I've never had and doubt I would like. But, I was here to try and experience new flavors. 1st course -- mixed baby greens with rasberry honey mustard vinaigrette 2nd - black musroom risotto (arboro rice) w red caviar, ,squid ink, calamari and parmasan cheese. ---- I have to say I was surprised at the complex and daring flavors, but, they all worked well and the caviar added a bit of salty to the dish two thumbs up !! 3rd - Rib eye on a bed af mashed cauliflower, charred asparagus, rainbow carrots with a bearnaise sauce. Rib eye was cooked medium rare (as it should be) and nicely seasoned. My date was surprised at how flavorful the rainbow carrots were, small but packed with flavor, I enjoyed the mash cauliflowers as well as the Rib eye. 4th was mixed desert platter with a shot of licquor. The staff was friendly and accomodating, I was very surprised to see he had thought of preparing Vegetarians dishes , as a guest sitting across from me was served fish and was delightfully pleased. A great dinner and good time was had by all. My only complaint??? !!! Some of the guest did not understand or know the meaning of a Pop up dinner. This was not a restaurant with servers, No you can't have the Rib eye well donne (really)!!!! No you can't have hot sauce (wow) !!! No you can't have unlimited wine. Iwould definitely go to another one again, and recommend their catering services.
