Meet the Business Owner: Andrea S.

I've always been a 'hands on' kind of person. The idea of being able to help people, to lessen pain, to relax, to reconnect with their body and inner self, was very attractive. My massage style is largely intuitive. I focus on the body and what it tells me about itself. I work to release muscle tension and restrictions to facilitate movement, through pressure, deep tissue, movement & heat. I also counsel self-care as I feel strongly that it's critically important to our longevity, and an often overlooked aspect of health in our society. I truly believe that massage can be such a wonderful way to take care of ourselves, to take time for ourselves, to rest, to heal and to accept positive touch.
