I am disheartened by how horrible the service was. I should not have even paid them. I really want my money back or a huge portion of it now that I think of it. Jean and her daughter seem like nice people but their service was awful. They wanted $250 to do practically nothing. They showed up with hardly any cleaning products. I offered to go to the store and get them some things but they declined. I needed a move-out cleaning. I left them for about an hour and a half. I came back and they said they were done. Done with what??? My oven was still filthy, so was my freezer. My kitchen sink was dirty. Countertops were not wiped down. I checked my bathroom and they didn't even clean the toilets!! I asked what cleaning product she used to clean the toilet. She told me "just the brush". You didn't use a cleaning product?? There is still dirt on the floor from where they so-called sweeped. I already had a small hole in the wall from where my doorknob hit it, but it's much deeper now after they were here. My shower tiles are still filthy. I had a long and exhausting day so I didn't have the patience or energy go over every single thing. Jean did clean the stove again and the kitchen sink. She "cleaned" the downstairs toilet again but it was still dirty. Then she asked about getting paid. She never specified how she wanted to get paid. She wanted cash or check. I don't carry cash around and definitely don't write checks. Jean said something is wrong with her Zelle and CashApp. So they followed me to the ATM. It's NIGHT TIME. Jean and her daughter had pulled ahead into a parking spot. I took the money out and was looking down counting it, I see someone standing at my driver's side window out the corner of my eye. It was Jean standing there looking deranged. My hand was on my gun and I was ready to draw to protect myself against a potential thief. I am licensed. I explained to her she doesn't need to walk up on people at night at a doggone ATM. It is threatening! I paid her and left. I really wish I hadn't paid so much because of that and the hole in my wall and they really only did $100 worth of work. Awful! read more
