Edit to the post below: Previously I gave this company a 3 star review. After receiving the final edits back of my wedding photos, I am now changing to 1 since 0 is not an option. The editor did all my photos in 3 hours and it shows. There is a foot coming out of my husband's behind in the most sentimental photo we have with his grandfather. The other photo we have with him, the curtain on the arbor is distorted so poorly. There was someone's hair left in the left has side of the photo rather than cropping it out? I have attached the photos for reference. The company also left their water mark in the bottom left hand corner of ALL of my final edits. The owner either didn't review the photos before they were sent to me or thought this was a good representation of her company. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company and I hope that someone does not make the same poor choose as I did. There are plenty other elopement ceremony companies available in the area! Please pick one of them! I recently had my wedding on Oak Island Beach, NC. We arrived and there was really no direction. So we worked through it and started the ceremony but there wasn't a speaker system or music to walk down the aisle to. No one that was there, including my husband, could hear the officiant when he was speaking. The photographer was the best part of it all! She was adorable and tried so hard to please me! The worst part of this whole thing was on Friday, the day before the ceremony, they called and asked if we were able to move the wedding to Sunday due to the staff being sick. Come to find out, only the officiant was sick but they didn't attempt to look for another before calling me. We were coming from Michigan and had people from all over fly and drive in for a Saturday ceremony. I am most upset I was put under this amount of stress less than 24 hours before the ceremony with no discount or anything offered other than we got someone. read more

We came from Georgia to get married on the beach. Tabitha was very nice and responded to my questions in a timely manner, and worked with us on revising our package after our initial booking. Do yourself a favor and go buy an arbor, get a minister and do it yourself. I definitely wish I had. I paid for Package 6 and what I got was nothing short of a major disappointment. The employees were late so my groom and family thought they were at the wrong location, employee had to ask me what my song choices were as I was getting ready to talk down the isle, didn't even play my procession song, my husband's back was turned and he didn't see any of the wedding except for half of my walk down and I have MAYBE a handful that are OKAY. The only ONE saving grace for me with this company was to have good photos, but that didn't happen either. The least the company could have done was refund me at least half of the money since I most certainly didn't get my monies worth, but they did not so here we are. The company told me "I should have purchased the insurance". Maybe the company could have made a better attempt to make our day better. Yes, it was misting/kind of raining that day but accommodations were never even attempted to be made for us. I was never irate or a bridezilla though the entire process, from beginning to end. I'm not that person and I'm usually not the person to write a review, but people need to be warned. I know other have had success but I was not one of them. read more

Hiring someone to do a wedding from out of state was scary but it was all worth it! I was so blessed to have found such wonderful people to do my brother in laws wedding! They made it very easy from packages and pricing to being able to pay online. They always kept great communication with me and went above and beyond to make sure the wedding day was amazing and it was!!! I can't thank them enough!!! read more

I hired blessed beach weddings for my ceremony and was not satisfied. When I called and asked for the owner to express my displeasure for services that they did not provide. I was told Chris the owner was unavailable and they had no contact number for him..that's a total lie. I was told could send email but that he doesn't check often and not sure when he would reply. That is the reason for this review to express my dissatisfaction since I can't speak with someone. They promised me music at ceremony on beach and there was none. I paid extra for corsage and boutineer and never received. When asked about it was told oh it messed up. I was told 5min before ceremony there would be no music. Blessed beach did not call beach prior to taking my money to ensure all things would be ok. What kind of business doesn't call beach PRIOR to wedding to make sure all is are dotted and t's are crossed. TO ALL FUTURE BRIDES DONT USE BLESSED BEACH WEDDING, TOTAL RIP. SPENT OVER $2,500 ON SERVICES I DID NOT RECEIVE..POOR QUALITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! read more

BE AWARE that the photographer for the wedding portion is the son and is not a professional photographer. When asking if it was two separate people, I was told I would have an officiant and a professional photographer. When discussing it after and the poor quality of the photos, the response was that the son is on the payroll so it is ok. They brought two other kids to the wedding too. Customer Service After the total amount was paid was very lacking. Today's response was that it is wedding season, and they had three weddings today alone. When filling out the survey (which no one read), I put that it was important for me to have family photos and that was why were were doing the wedding is to show us becoming a family. In addition, I was told that all 4 of us (two kids) would have their own sand and paid extra. That was not the case and was only given three colors. I was told that I would have photos in about a week or two. Three weeks later, I had to call for the third time and ask. They said someone was about to have a baby and that I would get them in a day or so. When I said that I was frustrated by their customer service, they said that they only received one email a week ago...I asked why they did not respond and I was met with excuses. I asked what happens if we cannot find 25 photos and they just said pick some. No apology, no empathy, it was just that it was busy, someone is having a baby...basically that they were too busy to help... I emailed and told them that some of the photos for the poses we had stood for are missing and am waiting for a response. read more

The ceremony conducted for us by Blessed Beach Weddings a couple weeks ago was beautifully and professionally done. Everything we had asked for done with no problems. Weather was great and the location was beautiful. They were very professional and at the same time made us feel extremely comfortable.
