The stylist didn't even brush my hair, just started cutting. Normally they brush my hair and cut in sections, this time she did not. She simply cut straight across the back then got some clippers and claimed she was getting the stragglers. Without touching my bangs she announced she was all done. I had to remind her she wasn't "all done" - big mistake. Not only did she mess up the back of my hair, she chewed up my bangs. I would have been better off cutting my hair myself. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. $37 for a 10 minute cut, uneven bangs and chopped hair is not what I call acceptable. Luckily I caught a break and didn't need my hair washed or it would have been $47.
