Samantha came & got me from the front & took me back. She was very attentive & explained the process clearly. Once she was done explaining, I had no questions at all. The process was very meditative for me. I had my eyes closed for the lift so I couldn't do anything but lay there & relax. It was definitely a positive experience. After she was done I was amazed at how wonderful my lashes looked. Afterwards she explained all the aftercare instructions & said I could call if I had any questions. I will definitely be back to her & will recommend her to anyone & everyone

I've had consistently frustrating experiences with the European Wax Center in Norman. Their…read morecustomer service feels extremely rigid and unaccommodating. They do not take walk-ins, and their late policy is strict to the point of being unreasonable. I arrived at the 9-minute mark and was turned away, despite being told that 9 minutes is the cutoff. Instead of attempting to work with me or see if there was any flexibility, I was offered an appointment three hours later -- which obviously doesn't work for most people with busy schedules. There seems to be little effort to accommodate clients who are trying to make appointments work within real-life constraints. A bit of grace or customer-centered problem-solving would go a long way. What's frustrating is that the Moore location does not operate this way and has never made things this difficult. The difference in service between locations is noticeable. Unfortunately, based on multiple experiences, I won't be returning to the Norman location.

I scanned the cashapp code they provided on their POS/register and sent my service payment ($165). They proceeded to tell me after sending payment they didn't have cashapp as a payment option. They blamed it on the company they bought their point of sale system from & my bf had to pay another $165 to them without any refund on my payment. The owner told us "she doesn't answer questions" while her receptionist didn't have any answers or resolution but to take my contact info down.

I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time before she came and got me and really thought I should just get up and leave. I know it's hard to cut someone's hair for the first time but it wasn't anything like I wanted. I've had my share of bad cuts for sure and thank goodness my hair grows fast. It was way too short and the back of my hair was crooked, I looked like my hair was a bell. I ended up having to call my regular stylist (which was on vacation at the time I wanted a hair cut) and have her fix my hair. The price was a little too much for what I ended up with $96 and then I did a deep conditioning treatment which was another $15. I felt like she forgot about me in the bowl. And I tipped her $30 on top of that. Then had to pay my girl to fix it after all that. Still love the rosemary and mint shampoo but not the finished product. Lesson learned.

They just want me to schedule a coloring appointment sad My expectations of Aveda are significantly reduced. No hate just MAJOR disappointment. Cost of botched $80 Haircut and $15 tip..You try to pay for quality but this is worst than Supercut service! this IS WHY I can't trust ppl no one seems to have integrity.

They took the time to listen to what I wanted, carefully measured and mapped out the shape of my brows to match my face perfectly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The results are stunning and so natural-looking. My eyebrows now have the perfect fullness and shape I've always dreamed of, saving me so much time every morning. The strokes mimic real hair so closely that it's hard to tell it isn't natural. Plus, the pigment matches my natural color beautifully. If you've been on the fence about microblading, I highly recommend it. It's a game-changer! Not only does it boost your confidence, but it also simplifies your beauty routine.
