One of the worst customer service experiences I have had anywhere, with interactions mostly with the Owner and General Manager. From the moment I walked in the door, these two were rudely demanding I follow a bunch of rules that were inadequately posted with signage in various locations around the space. Most of their rules seem aimed at driving up sales, not with friendly customer service or reasonable prices or good food smells, but with rudely enforced restrictions on the use of artificially limited space. I had a young child and a younger baby. We came for a birthday party. I had a bit of cake and ice cream to share with the baby. He demanded that we not use the plentiful supply of empty picnic tables to eat, but instead insisted those spaces were only for the consumption of food items purchased off the over-priced menu, above and beyond the cost paid by the hosts of the party. Birthday cake and ice cream, they said, could only be eaten in the tiny (walk-in closet sized space) with one picnic table that had been rented for the party, filled with kids celebrating. I asked to see the signage about this rule and was pointed to one small sign on the opposite side of the large and mostly unoccupied dining area full of tables. I mentioned to the owner that this was inadequate signage and that I would be leaving a review about my experience. I added 'good day', as I walked away from him and GM. He followed me back to the other side of the dining area and threatened to throw me out. He further asked if I would like to be escorted out by the sheriff. I asked what I had done (sir). He replied, "You complained. If you don't like it here, you can leave." I chose not to confront him further just then, but after the party asked the GM if there was a posted rule/sign about how you can be thrown out if you politely complain. She responded that, yes, it was all about whether or not they like your attitude (no sign, apparently). Too much flak, or banter, or them just not liking you, and she frequently had thrown paying customers out of the place. The implication was clear that this could be me at any moment. I asked her to give a precise definition of the over-the-line behavior and she told me I was being threatening and would have to leave. She then moved between me and my daughter and my shoes and my diaper bag so that I had to carefully go around her to avoid any physical contact. She followed me and threatened to call the police. I pulled my phone from my diaper bag and stated I would record the rest of the encounter. She turned and walked away after informing me she was calling the sheriff. I gathered my kids and my things, thanked the party organizers, and left the business. As I was leaving in my car, the owner came out to photograph me, my car, my license plate, and tell me he would be pressing all charges possible; that it was not his first 'Rosemary Dance'. All of this occurred outside the building, in the parking lot, in front of my kids, as I was driving away, and I caught it on a video too large for Google to let me share here. This family-oriented play place is toxic, unfriendly, and unsafe to play because of the behavior of the owner and GM. Two sides to every story? More like a room full of people made uncomfortable by their rapid and threatening escalation to wasting peace officers' time plus many negative Google reviews with stories that range from hilarious to disturbing. 0/5 stars read more

It's good for little kids & not much more. It's a requirement for each person to spend $5 there. So even jf you're paying for your kid to play you need to spend $5 on tokens or something which is pretty lame. The play place is big and the kids have fun there. They are strict on wearing socks which helps with the cleanliness. It's pretty clean. The arcade games are average (good for little kids). Some of the games are obnoxiously load. Don't bother with the mini golf (pretty small & not much). If you want food there, they just order dominos pizza. Strict on the no outside food or drinks. You'll need to also get an employee always to redeem your tickets for the prizes. It's good for little kids. 8 years + might not enjoy much. read more

Lazer tag was way to short for the price! My gun didn't work half the time & my Lazer Never worked my girls only worked near the end. Was disappointed! Other than that could have been real fun if everything worked out better. I definitely wouldn't pay that much to do it again. read more

Edit. After posting I read some of the other reviews. Old balding ponytail guy. He is in other reviews as rude. If you have allergies then do not go there. They discriminate against people with severe allergies. I use a epipen for my allergy and so I brought something to drink within the 4 hours I was going to be spending there, I tried to explain my situation and was treated like a criminal over a can of soda. I was told by the man at the front desk that he was going to physically take it off of me (assault) and that he was going to call the cops. All for a sealed can of 7up. So if you want the cops called or to be threatened with physical assault, I highly recommend this place. I was so afraid for my physical well being. And felt unwelcomed because I have an allergic issue. read more

I have taken kids here twice in the past 3 months and each time, the staff has been stellar! From greeting us at the door, giving suggestions to make the most of the allotted paid-for time, buying food/drinks and the kids cashing-in their tickets, it has been amazing. I feel the kids are safe to roam as they please without constant supervision from me as the layout allows for ample viewing from the tables "our home base" for the time we are there. Everything is clean and the kids have an amazing time. Thank you for engaging the kids with your humor and great attitudes from the minute we walked in. Owners are extremely rude. Old guy with a ponytail asked our group of 7-9yr old girls if they chase boys and what they do when they catch them. Girls were confused and we talked about how to stay safe. Girls spent $200 of their money here and not any kind of thanks or have fun. Honestly always impressed by this place. They don't serve food, but they will order Domino's. That's kind of their version of pizza for you here. They do have sodas and mixed drinks, which are delicious. Highly recommend Rocket Man. The mini golf is small but fun, the laser tag is best in the area in my opinion, and the kid zone is fantastic for all ages under 12. read more

This place is very unaccomodating and tries to charge extra for everything. We have twins, and rented some table space for their birthday. When they found out the birthday was for twins, they raised the price because they considered it "two parties". They don't allow outside food, unless you order their pizza, which comes from Dominoes (outside the facility) and includes Blast-off's hefty upcharge. One of the people in our group is diabetic, so she brought some carrots to munch on instead of cake. A worker came over and stated that if she ate that food, brought in from outside of the facility, that they would have to charge the person throwing the birthday party an extra $25 fee. Blast off may have some fun places to play, but for familiy friendly fun, we recommend Leo's hands down. Blast-off is run by people who try to gouge their customers at every turn. read more

Came as a big family group and to be fair we are a lively bunch;however, there was no skill in checking us in and even over charging for an imaginary child. If you wanted repeat customers you failed. But we were desperate to entertain our kids while our RV was being serviced so we popped in and the guy was immediately weird. He made fun of our two boys (6 and 8) as soon as they walked in. Unaccommodating owner at the front desk. No wonder the place was 100% empty when we arrived. One particular game has ear-piercing volume in the seating area, even when no one is playing. We asked if he could turn Dow the volume a bit and refused, saying it "effects the play"....as if he needed to attract people to the game. We were LITERALLY the only family there. Used to work there and absolutely loved it. Loved interacting with the kids and helping parents pick the right admission pass for their kid. But the owners were very chaotic. Constantly fighting at the front desk, communication was mediocre at best. From my experience you get reprimanded for things that are out of your control and constantly can never do anything right for them. As I put my two weeks in, they made those last weeks living hell. THEN, the icing on the cake. I was blamed for a review I didn't leave. I couldn't even tell what review they thought I left so I figured I'd make my own. I'm so mad right now. Went to blast off just to take a present in to my step son, for his birthday. As we go in they tell us we need to pay for Presley (my 4 year old). before we even went in I told Presley that we were only running in to give my step son his gift. So I tell the guy that, and he tells me no she can't come in unless I pay. So we go sit in the car Presley's little heart is broken because she just spent the last hour helping pick out and wrap presents for her brother. So I say fine, I'll pay for you to go in a watch him open it. We go in, I told the lady I was unimpressed with the situation and that I would be posting a review about it. Then she turned nasty with me telling me I needed to pay to have them babysit my child. In which I reply "wooow, great customer service, I'll write about this as well!" By this time she's taken my money, and put a wrist band on Presley. Then she grabs my $10 slapped it in the counter and told us to leave, she had the right to refuse service to anyone. The only person that got hurt here was a 4 year old child. I'm so disgusted, and disappointed. I will never return to last off. I would recommend Leo's place! They are great. If I could give no stars I would. The owner here is awful and rude. If you do a birthday they allow no outside food or drinks. That includes a parent bringing in a cup of coffee. The attitude we received was far from welcoming. It seems like the owner is only worried about making a buck. This isn't a child friendly place which is too bad because it could be a fun child centered place where kids could come and parents can enjoy them. We bought the super session pass. My brother has strider (kinda like asthma). He and I played Lazer tag and after a while, he couldn't breathe because of the fog machine. He then asked if my dad could take his pass and the owner said "No." Which is perfectly fine. We just decided to stop playing. My brother later said it calmed down and said he could play one more time. We went over to ask to play another, and the same guy turned to my brother and said (UNPROVOKED) in a patronizing tone, "Oh. How about you pay for the games you played and I'll give your dad the pass?" I realized we had played three games then and said, "It would be cheaper just to buy another pass." He looked at me very smugly and said something along the lines of, "Exactly. Don't try to cheat me." My brother has a brain injury, so I don't take well to people talking to him like he's stupid, so I got very upset. I didn't even realize we had played that many games until then. My brother wasn't even going to say anything because he didn't realize how rude the owner was. The way this man was acting towards us was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I said, "You don't have to be rude, we didn't realize." He smiled smugly and said, "I'm running a business." Kids had fun with laser tag and the playground, but this place didn't meet expectations. It definitely felt like they "nickel and dime" to the max, after charging $1.00 for a pitcher of water and .10 for each plastic fork. So, $116 later, my party of 5 had 1.5 hours to play in the playground, 15 minutes of laser tag, eat mostly cold dominoes pizza they provided, and cake. I would not recommend this establishment and will not use their services again. read more

Booked a party for our child and we were manipulated into increasing our package. When we asked them to go back to our original request (15 minutes later). We were told they would take care of it. When the date of the party arrived, we were charged the higher amount, and the owner refused to give us a refund or credit. Owner claimed if we had contacted him before the date of the party he may have been able to work something out. I explained to him that we did call back... the date we booked the party. I was told "there are two sides to every investigation, and he has only heard my side". What a joke! The owner also sat at the very front table where you walk in and gave an evaluation (and reprimanded) his employee infront of costumers and other employees. This should have been done behind closed doors. That young man was humiliated! The owner is dishonest, and is a real jerk. We will never go back and we will encourage everyone else to do the same. read more

This place is so fun!!!! My kids LOVE IT! Owners are friendly and I noticed right away how clean it was! Laser tag is amazing miniature golf, arcade, rock climbing, play gym, and a place just for the little littles! They let the parents actually go into a room in the middle of the Lazer tag and you can watch if you want to! They have all day passes with everything included, (except arcade of course) we've been here till closing before hard to get the kids to leave! read more

We booked our son's birthday party at Blast Off the Monday before the party. Gray, part owner, helped me book the party, explained how the pizza, drinks, room, and wristbands would work for our party. The basic party package is $35. We opted for the $100 package because of the size of our group. They provided a freezer, paper plates, napkins, cups and everything available for cake and ice cream (except a cake knife). We ordered 4 pizzas at a premium price through them, with 4 pitchers of soda, 12 wristbands, etc. I dropped the ice cream cake off to them 2 hours early for storage in their available freezer. Up until this point, we had good customer service. On the evening of the party, we arrived a bit early and got the kids banded as they arrived for playtime. One of the kids RSVP'd late and has multiple severe food allergies and cannot eat pizza. He is 3 years old. Approaching Gray, we were told the following things; 1.) Had we let them know 2 days in advance, they would have been able to work with us as long as it was a homemade pizza or pizza without cheese. 2.) Chicken nuggets or anything not pizza-like would not be allowed, regardless of prior notice. 3.) The 3 year old child was welcome to step outside, away from all the other children at the party to eat his separate food and then come back in to play. 4.) He also told us that he understood food allergies because the other owner gets ill when she comes in contact with gluten. We responded that this child would quit breathing, turn blue and require emergency medical assistance. He told us that he was unable to make exceptions and that he knew the other owner would feel the same way but refused to allow us to speak with her. We are upset at this. We have been regular customers, were not told that there would be an issue if anyone had food allergies, and were frustrated that our business meant little to nothing to them. Aside from our 25+ people, there were only 4 other customers in the area. Working retail, I understand fully about rules that govern businesses. However, there are always exceptions to rules for valid and reasonable reasons. They were unwilling to work with us on a necessary, valid and reasonable reason and dismissed our patronage as being unimportant. Singling out and excluding a 3 year old child because he has extreme food allergies has turned them into a failure of a local business. We will no longer be patronizing their facility for parties or otherwise. read more
