After waiting a bit too long, I certainly had a mess on my hands, one call solved it all. Greg's Tree Service was prompt, professional, polite and thorough, while the team applied their expertise. Through the years, we have used other services but, will never stray from the elite level Greg's Tree Service provides!

I got quotes from THREE different services before finding Pauley's, and I'm glad I found them! One of our larger trees was growing inside our playground, making for a challenging job. One of the other guys quoted a ridiculously high amount, and wanted me to take apart and move parts of our playground -- he also increased the quote when he came back to look a 2nd time, and changed the scope of what he'd do. The 2nd guy also quoted very high and was concerned about the playground. Kevin and his partner worked together well, and took care of my trees carefully, causing *no* damage to our playground -- they were pleasant to work with, offered options to work within our budget (e.g. we chose not to have full clean-up), and came back each day to make sure the job got completed. It got COLD and even snowed a bit -- didn't stop them at all! Truth: the "partner" was Kevin's wife, and it was a joy watching them work together, carefully roping the chunks down to avoid any damage. If you like working with down-to-earth, real people, with experience to get the job done, and at a fair & reasonable price, I recommend giving Pauley's Tree Service a call!

They repeatedly avoided providing a written estimate until the job was finished, along with the final invoice. By the time all the work was completed, the final cost exceeded my budget, which could have been avoided if they had kept me informed throughout the process.
