LOL, felt like a full body shower after being done, and she talks NON stop... and stops working while she talks... takes very long. the guy hygienist, though nice and less chatty, hurt me badly this last visit with his prophy, i mean my teeth are rather clean and needs very little to be done but he was heavy handed and i had cuts around my gums for a few days afterwards. I have a HUGE fear of the dentists and I can't say that I made it easy for Dr. Epstein and the hygienists but they were all beyond amazing. They talked me through each step of the process, made sure I was comfortable, and even held my hand when I needed extra reassurance. The process was quick and simple but their compassion is what I am so thankful for. I will 100% be back and recommend anyone who may have a fear of the dentist to give Dr. Epstein and his colleagues a shot.

I wandered into the cheerily lit waiting room and made an appointment for two days later. It was my lucky day. Dr. William Broas (pronounced "brahss") recently opened the practice and is seeking new patients. He is a quite friendly and brisk, has been around the DDS community for many a year. Jennifer, the dental hygienist, was quick and knowledgable in her skill and trade, and made me feel at ease during the whole cleaning process. This is very important to me as I have TMJ, and the cleaning can be painful--but it wasn't at all! Caitlyn, the receptionist, was also delightful and efficient. When I set up my follow up appointment for my fillings and fitting for a mouth guard, she had all of the costs printed out, waiting for me so that I'd know what to expect. If you need a dentist, definitely give these folks a call!

I was very nervous at first to get braces. As an adult I was afraid of not only the pain associated…read morewith having them but the feeling of awkwardness. All of the staff members took the time to reassure me and to make me as comfortable as possible during the whole process. They walked me through proper care and gave me tips to keep my smile white while I had them on. I was never a fan of how my teeth looked. I hated smiling in pictures because I had a huge gap between my front teeth and horrible crowding on the bottom. I felt like people noticed my teeth before they actually noticed me. I'm so glad I chose Parks Orthodontics because now I have beautiful straight teeth and the confidence to go with them. I can finally smile in my pictures! What I loved the most though was how friendly all the staff members are. Jessica and Ellen are both great and love to hear how you're doing. They take an interest in you and really show you that they care. When I got my braces off I opted for the Invisalign retainers so that I could whiten my teeth. They had to send the molds off and they said it could take a week for them to come back. The retainers came in before my next appointment and Ellen really went the extra mile to deliver them to me while I was at work. It really made my day to know that she cared about me and my smile. I went to other offices for consultation before I chose Parks and they all treated you like another number. Some of them even wanted to pull teeth! I've been to a few shady dentists who always seem interested in selling me on some expensive procedure I don't really need. Dr. Artzer always lays out my options in plain terms, treating me like an adult who can make decisions about his own teeth. His office has all the equipment you could need. The staff is wonderful! They are incredibly friendly and professional. Every time I go in they make me feel like family. It's pretty rare when a dentist's office can make a standard cleaning something I actually sort of look forward to. I enjoy coming here. I feel like I'm in good hands, which is more important since dental hygiene is the real goal. I held off writing this review until I had a few visits to know for sure, but now I'm positive. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
