His ASE certified mechanics have left his shop to save their names in a small town like Mt. Orab where you are only as good as your word. On my end checked in, confirmed address for pickup with them, etc. Half an hour before my flight lands they cancel the rental with message "I won't be available anymore. I'm sorry. Thank you for understanding", then crickets. Don't know what's going on with them and hope they are ok but find their communication and professionalism. Rented many cars on Turo and business doesn't even have to be there with lock box etc. Now I'm about to land with no car. stay away
