I repeatedly called the dental office to plead with them to submit the claim since the insurance company said they had never received one, was told 4 times they would get right on it and call me back, no call back. Would wait another couple weeks and call them again, same result. As of this writing I still have nothing. Last summer, I needed a visit, called the office several times, answering machine said to leave a message and they would get right back with me. I left several over the course of several days, it took them over a week to get back with me, darn good thing it wasn't an emergency. I also tried emailing as their website suggested when I couldn't get through on the phone, and it took about 2 weeks for me to receive an email from them. They go out of their way to get you in as a patient, but once you're there, the helpfulness stops cold. My advice, steer clear of this office and find another dentist.

It's an inspiration to watch a Veteran, like Jeremy, turn around and give back to others. Since serving, we've gone our separate ways, but we both continue to help others, and when I help a Veteran who has literally given a piece of themself so we can be safer here, I recommend they visit the Findlay American Prosthetic for quality service from a veteran owned company. I've recommended Jeremy to many Veterans over the years, and they've all had nothing but positive things to say about his work and the service they received. He's truly passionate about helping others, and it shows in everything he does. If you are a veteran or looking to support a veteran-owned business, I highly recommend visiting Findlay American Prosthetic for quality service.

My leg couldn't squeeze into it. I informed him of this when he made it, and he told me to jam my leg into the socket. I was in incredible pain and couldn't walk more than a couple feet before being in tears. Jeremy said my pain is not real, and he has the training and experience. So I spent most of my time in a wheelchair. I've been an amputee since 2015 and I can run a 5k in 27 minutes. I've never had or used a wheelchair until Jeremy became my forced places prosthesis provider. There were six other lower limb amputee's at my camp, Jeremy provided us all prosthesis, however we were all confined to wheelchairs from poor socket fitments. I'm now at Hanger Clinic getting a much needed solution from the nightmare Jeremy put me through. What I like most about Hanger is that they listen to me, if something is uncomfortable or painful they take my word for it, and make adjustments that allow me to walk and be active in comfort. I'm not much on resentments, but I sure had one with Jeremy from Findlay American Prosthetics.
