The two engineers in the subdivision (one of which is a retired civil engineer with decades of experience with large scale industrial projects (dams, bridges, and the like) studied B2B's rejuvenation process, and based on their judgement, decided to give B2B a try. We were very pleased with the attention to detail that B2B paid our project. Both their application of rejuvenation material, as well as the crack sealing, was thorough and generous with coverage. The workers were cordial, and professional. We are left with a high level of confidence that our lane is well prepared for another harsh winter. At least the old guy (long hair, short, smoker) who did our work wasn't knowledgable or even professional. Seriously, after our bad experience with Nally and the poor value of what they did for us (bathtub repair), I can recommend that you call anyone, anyone, else. We used other companies before for home and bathroom repairs and I wanted to support local. Miracle Method was one company who gave us added value along with their professionalism, courtesy, guaranteed high quality of work. They spoiled me i guess. I took it for granted that workmen would be good at what they did and act professional in their behavior and even appearance. What a mistake. From Nally we got sloppy, inferior craftsmanship. Even worse, the guy that did the bathtub repair work had a bad attitude and bad personal hygiene too. He thought he was a great repairman but he definitely wasn't. Not even close. When Nally's repair failed a few months after I paid them (too much), I had to have the guys poor work redone by another company six months later.
