On January 22, 2026, a gentleman came to my home and completed a rodent (mice) inspection. He said…read morehe seen a rodent starting to nest. He recommended the rodent excursion. He informed me this would be a galvanized fence to block any further access to my home, Terminix guaranteed warranty and a crawl space door. He quoted me a little over $5,000. I paid $1072 down. January 27, 2026, the rodent fence barrier was placed around my home. The technician told me that they dig 6 inches down to make sure no rodents could access my crawl space. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed no crawl space door. I mentioned this to the technician, he said he didn't see it on my paperwork. He called someone, then told me it was on order and soon as it came in someone would call me. Fast forward, on March 26, 2026, I reached out to Terminix because the rodent fence barrier was installed incorrectly. (After researching & asking around ) 1. It's attached to my homes skirting (holes drilled throughout) 2. On one side of my home it's not underground and anything can crawl underneath. 3. Still no crawl space door. 4. The top of the fence has multiple large gaps. A technician called me back from Terminix, scheduled a time between 6am-10am to send out a technician. I said perfect, I have to leave at 10:30. The technician arrived after 12pm. I'd already left & no one was here to advise him on my concerns. June 9, 2026, I called Terminix again to address my concerns again. Because no one had contacted me back. The representative took my information and forwarded it to my local Terminix for them to contact me within 24/48 hours. June 12,2026, I still hadn't heard from them. I called Terminix again and spoke with the cancellation department. I addressed all my previous issues and he said someone would call me back Monday or Tuesday. June 15, 2026 (Monday morning) Terminix sent out a technician, without contacting me to confirm. He took a look and he said this wasn't done correctly. He called his operations manager , sent him pictures. I spoke with the operations manager from the technicians cell phone. The O.M. told me that this was not a money back guaranteed option. His technicians would install it properly and fix all the holes throughout my skirting. The technician begin removing the incorrect barrier . When the other technician arrived, they realized the rodent barrier they had was the incorrect size. They said they had to order this and would be back to install on the following Tuesday or Wednesday. As of today 7/13/2026, a month later. The front of my home is missing half the rodent barrier fence, the holes in my skirting are very visible as well as the problems listed above. I haven't heard from anyone. The service I paid for in January, hasn't been fulfilled and it's July, 6 months later. If you need this service for your home. I do NOT recommend using Terminix for this service.

!Warning! This company claimed I had a rat infestation in my attic…read more This was four months after they, and a home inspector, found No issues. The sleazy salesman, (under the guise of an exterminator), had planted a dead Rat in my attic. Further, he claimed these rats had come in through my dryer vent, and showed me a photo of a chewed on dryer vent hose. I was also told, that there were "dozens" of rat tunnels running through my attic. They sold me contract for replacement of my insulation. Oddly, I saw no rat droppings Anywhere. I subsequently, went on line and discovered this tactic is a common scam practiced by pest control companies. I had a home inspector confirm, that there was no damage to my dryer vent, or evidence of rats in my attic. I went to the local office, to dispute the $10,000 insulation contract, they scared me into signing. I demanded they void the contract. The manager, Travis, was apparently in on the whole scam. He made excuses why I could have a rat infestation, and zero signs of rat droppings. I then proceeded to make, almost daily calls, for weeks, to get my pest contract Terminated. I got nowhere with this company. No one at their call center, says anything accept, that they will "escalate it". I even told them, that I want to involve the local media, and this made zero difference. I finally had to walk back in the office of these creeps, to get their termite traps removed off my property, and proceed with voiding the maintenance contract. I still have not gotten written confirmation that the contract has been voided. Going forward, I will take legal action and contact the media, if necessary. Beware! Travis, Brandon, and the rest of these people at the Ocala branch, are Unscrupulous Rats! I'm a senior, and live in a senior community. They have no compunction about ripping off a senior- so consider yourself a target. This whole incident was staged, and I was very much, a target. Fraud, such as this, is so egregious, that these people should rightfully be prosecuted.

Dear Centurian, I…read morejust want you to know how great your company is. From the first phone call last night to the courtesy call before Brian arrived this morning to further assess my situation and prepare me for possible costs depending on the situation. They were honest and said that I there was no guarantee they could get the dead animal out from under my mobile home and if there was a lot of work involved trying, they would still sanitize to the best degree, but I would still have to pay for the efforts. That was up front honesty without any surprised which means a lot to me when dealing with anyone. Brian showed up on time with a company marked truck in uniform and he was very professional and really seemed to care about helping me as much as he could to remedy this situation. He reassured me he would crawl under there and look everywhere if needed. The stench was overwhelming and I was praying that the animal would be right behind the skirting of my A/C unit because of the smell being strongest in that area. We got lucky and that is where the dead red fox was, so Brian got it out and bagged it and sanitized. He let me know there could be an odor for a while and advised me about what to do and expect. The greatest part was that Brian was so professional and patient as he answered my questions. I am a school teacher who works with all kinds of people and I have worked managing a lot of people and I can recognize an employee who is an asset to any company and you have one of these with Brian. Not only that, like I said earlier, the appointment phone call and the follow up today before Brian got here was a plus to know I was dealing with a company that was on top of everything and then the proof was in how the job was handled. I want to thank you all and I will highly recommend your company and I will also try to get this letter in a review with 5 stars. Sincerely, Julie G
