They waited until the day we were supposed to close on our house to send things to the title company and so we barely were able to close by the end of the day. All the information had been signed and was ready on our end well in advance. 3.) Adam would only address my husband in communication even though we bought our house jointly. Even when he needed information from me, he would address it to my husband saying he needed it. 4.) We have owned our house for nine months now and are still getting mail from them trying to talk us into purchasing a stupid "life insurance" policy for our mortgage.
