I recently had my pool installed by a group Unique referred us to use- Blue Island Water Group…read more After the initial installation, the pool had multiple leaks, one broken pipe and two others actively leaking. We just added $80 worth of salt to the system, which all drained out or just sat on the bottom. Unfortunately, Blue Water Island Group refused to come back and fix the issues until the final balance was paid, even though the work was clearly defective. They did eventually return to make the repairs, but by then, the pool had turned into a swamp, filled with debris and worms, and we still haven't even been able to use it. We just went to Ace Hardware and spent $70 more dollars on chemicals to try and get the pool clear. For our first pool, this has been a total nightmare.
