She managed to mix myself and another one of her tenants up when giving back house deposits which ended up in me being shorted $1,000. Her solution to this problem was not to correct the problem she caused, but told that other tenant and myself to "venmo each other to make it right ourselves." However, this was not a problem caused by us and should not had to have been solved by us.

Erick came out to do the survey. We were really impressed by his knowledge, speed of work, and great personality. Erick was really helpful as we had an issue with some neighborhood kids pulling out the survey marks -- he came back out to assist me in finding the marks again. First of all, it would appear that the staff is NOT the same as mentioned in previous reviews. The staff I dealt with on behalf of my family in the sale of a long-held property in Pismo Beach CA, were pleasant to work with and diligent. Our property listed just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit so from the start things got complicated. This, in addition to seven owners' signatures and approvals to deal with. Kelly and Gabriele worked closely with our realtor, Jennifer Mandulay, to compile and close the transaction despite delays by the buyer's lender. Although no fault or control of theirs they kept us informed and worked hard to bring the transaction to a successful close. I recommend the escrow team of Kelly LeMay and Gabriele Arteaga at the Five Cities Drive office of First American Title Company in Pismo Beach CA.
