But my friend and I wandered into this Swarovski store when we were visiting Vienna a few weeks ago, because I had learned something else about the store: it has a Moët & Chandon Bar on the top floor. So we wandered into Swarovski for a couple of glasses of champagne during a day of exploring. But once I saw how beautiful the store was, I wanted to do a little souvenir shopping, too. After all - Swarovski has a long history in Austria, making it a great spot for souvenir shopping I picked up a beautiful necklace and earring set, and my friend picked a Christmas ornament. But they have everything from small trinkets (some small pieces of jewelry were well less than $100) to enormous sculpture pieces costing thousands of dollars. The customer service was among the best during our time in Vienna - very friendly and helpful. So stop by, purchase a glass of champagne, walk around their stunning store, and see if something shiny speaks to you!

Friendly staff and you're welcome to just pop in and browse if you want. The reason for only four stars is the funk of the second hand shoes. It permeated the whole shop and is just mildly unpleasant. Makes lingering too long not really all that agreeable.

This is a funky little shop that always has purses and/or clothes on sale outside on the street,…read moreusually for €10. They have a wide assortment of T-shirts (for guys, too), and TONS of reworked vintage dresses. The sizing is weird, though - you might see a dress you like in a "medium" but it turns out to be wayyy smaller than you were anticipating. Don't worry, you're not alone/you didn't blossom into a giant overnight, that's just how some of the clothes fit (and I think that's just how it is with reworked vintage). This store gets 2 stars instead of 3 because, among other things, they are pretty overpriced, IMHO. The dresses are all €48, without any 2-for-€80 discounts or anything like that. (The other items in the store are also overpriced, including an assortment of knock-off LeSportsac purses, etc.) Which brings me to my next point.. A lot of their stuff that's not vintage is Made in China, which if you've read any of my other reviews you'll know I have some beef with.. So. That's pretty much it. Overall it's a cool shop, worth a visit, but know that it's overpriced. If you're into vintage (I am), you're likely to find several dresses you like, but only a few will fit, and you probably can only afford like one.

They get the work done in a couple of days and it's guaranteed that they will do a good job. I mean after all they were Empress Elizabeth's jewelers nonetheless!! If you don't live in Vienna ( like me) you can send whatever you need fixed or repaired via DHL or FedEx and they will return it to you the same way. The shop is located in the city's historical center and still has it's old time charm, they exhibit their most famous pieces on the windows to which eager tourists always come around to snap pictures and admire the famous diamond stars Sisi used to wear on her hair. The staff is very courteous and professional, I completely recommend this place!

I include a yarn crawl on one of my days, and this shop is probably the best one. I have bought Regia and Opal sock yarn there for only about €7-8, compared with about $20-22 where I am. They also have colorways and types I haven't seen in the States. Definitely swing by and see what they've got!

Worth checking out before going into the larger similar stores because sometimes the same product is 10 or 15% cheaper.
