Took the suggestion from others from the US to seek out this shop. Worth the walk -- great selection of beautiful yarns and even better prices. Easy to reach from the Rathausplatz Christmas Market area. Several baskets on the street of sale yarns. Only problem was difficulty in deciding since I have limited space in my suitcase. Next time I'll pack an extra bag just to stock up. Check it out! read more

I am from the States, but I have been able to visit Vienna twice in the last 5 years, with a third trip planned next month. I include a yarn crawl on one of my days, and this shop is probably the best one. I have bought Regia and Opal sock yarn there for only about €7-8, compared with about $20-22 where I am. They also have colorways and types I haven't seen in the States. Definitely swing by and see what they've got! read more

Great little yarn shop. Lots of yarn on sale, something for every knitter or crocheter. They'll even ship your yarn home so you don't need an empty suitcase. read more

Worth a visit if you are in Vienna. Easy location on tram 43. Nice selection. Good prices. Owner speaks English. Excellent range of full-size shop samples, as well as swatches on most yarns. Very helpful. Bring an empty bag and stock up, because European yarn is a bargain in Vienna (as compared to USA). read more
