I described to her how my hair is naturally and how I usually style or dont style it and she gave me a great cut! I asked her to style it a specific way after the cut was finished and she totally delivered! I'm so sad I don't live locally or I'd be a regular with her. I love my new cut, thank you so much Frankie!

I never write bad reviews but I expected so much more from this high priced and well- reputed…read moresalon. I went there for a simple haircut, with a photo of what I was going for: a shoulder-length bob with curtain bangs. I showed Val a photo of the cut I wanted. I received something totally different, and I live with this mess every day now. She chopped short layers, added short, thick bangs. She didn't check symmetry. Then she styled it with tight curls. I walked out of there looking like a freak. Now I'm spending the next year or 2 of my life growing these layers out. VAL: Less talking, more focus on the hair please for the sake of future customers not having to go through this. Never again for me.
