The owner is very nice, but the haircut was not so nice. Living in a different city, it is always hard to find a barber that you like. I read good reviews about this place so I gave it a go. I was surprised about the length. My barber generally takes 30-45 minutes in the seat (plus a normal 20+ minute wait) giving me a fresh fade for only $20. I was in and out of the door here within 20 minutes. It was a quick cut and I think the results reflect that. I also noticed about a half dozen ants crawling around the floor during my haircut. read more

At 58 I graduated to an old men's barbershop. I don't want to stare at a twenty year old barber who is scantily clad and I don't want a strange woman massaging my neck. I get an old school haircut and a straight-razor neck shave at a reasonable price, without techno-pop or sports channels blaring at me. Love the no-nonsense haircut I get here. read more

Having moved a lot, I've frequently been troubled trying to find new barbers. Recently moved to West Bend and surprised to find the lack of on line reviews for barbers. I went Plaza and was totally pleased. Brittany and Steve were pleasant and cordial. Being the first cut and not knowing my style, Brittany left my hair a bit longer than I wanted but with a smile she trimmed it some more. The experience and results were great. I moved to this area a few years ago and started searching for a barber shop. Checked out several establishments, but really liked the Plaza Barber Shop the best. The experienced staff knows how give a great haircut, just the way I like it. Scheduling is flexible, you can usually call in the morning for an afternoon appointment. On busy days they have more barbers, so the wait is minimal. I especially like the hot lather that Val uses when cleaning up the back of my neck! read more

I take my 15 year old son here. Best flat top in West Bend, bar none. I took my poor kid all over town before we found this place, stylists elsewhere just didn't have a knack for the flat top or a clue what to do about his 3 cowlicks! Steve really does an awesome job, remembered my sons name the next time we went in - made him feel like a VIP customer. Great prices. Only place we go now. : ) read more
