    Me and my new car!

    So I was on a hunt for a very particular car; especially as I've never bought new before, and Serjio and Joe were the guys. They had the car I wanted (Chevy spark Lt) and they had just gotten it in, they held it for me, gave me the break down of the total cost, everything. They were honest and very forward with everything so there wasn't any surprises as I was traveling over 2 hours to get this car. To say the least, I'm very happy with my purchase, very happy with the service, and I 100% recommend these guys. Seriously, Serjio thank you. I highly recommend this place.

    Great people, great service! I flew from Montana to purchase a truck. They picked me up from Seattle airport, the car was perfect as promised, Aurelio gave me good deal for F-150 platinum and really went above no beyond for me, very satisfied and would recommend everyone!!!

    I had the best car buying experience at Blade. Ron help my wife and I look at a Suburban and he just answered all my questions. If he didn't know he asked and got back to us. We made a few trips to test drive the Chevy. No pressure from anyone. They worked with us to make sure it was a fair deal for everyone. If you find what you want at Blade make sure to stop. Blade Chevy is worth the time.

    A few months back I went to attempt to see if they would be willing to take my Honda in for a sale and this is the service I got... I found it hilariously terrible on the bright this this got me to keep my car and I still love driving her to this day, I wonder if there was some sort of error in there system that caused it to say 19k, still I do wish they would have handled this more professionally I'm sure they are kind people.

    The Mount Vernon branch of O'Reilly Auto Parts seems to have gone from fair, to horrible in terms…read moreof customer service. I stopped in on a Tuesday morning around 9am, one person working the counter, at least three other booths empty, and two people standing in line. The the one employee that was on the floor was spending most of her time answering the phone, I felt really bad for her. I put my items back on the shelf and walked out, then came back at 11am and guess what? Still the same person working the counter, and four people in line. I put my items back on the shelf and informed another person looking at car detailing items that he would be standing in line for 1/2 hour if he wanted to by that item. I walked out, I don't need to put up with a franchise that can't keep employees. Qualified auto parts counter people are hard to come by and need to be paid accordingly, looks like the Mount Vernon O'Reilly Auto Parts doesn't understand that.

When I picked it up, the A/C was completely nonfunctional. I raised the issue immediately, and although they admitted to removing and reinstalling the compressor during the repair, they claimed it wasn't their fault. Now I'm being told it will cost $3,500 to fix because metal was found in the system, supposedly ruining the compressor. But the A/C was working flawlessly before the service and failed the moment I got the car back. They refuse to take any responsibility for the damage. I'm extremely disappointed in both the service and the complete lack of accountability. I expected better from a Subaru dealership. Subaru of America has been no help either--completely useless. I will never buy another Subaru, and I'll certainly never return to this location.

To make a good situation even better, Skagit Subaru is dog friendly! There was a well-mannered, sweet hound in the waiting area and an employee in the (I think) Parts Dept even surprised me with a Subaru squeaky stuffie to take home to my dog (who was elated). Thanks, DLSS, for making maintenance easy and for making my dog's entire week!
