It's hard to distinguish between the new and old concrete. The design and layout matches so well, it feels it's always been there. He responded quickly and was overall excellent with communication. He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when. He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. We enjoyed working with Troy so much and were so happy with what he did, we asked him back to seal our garage floor. The guys started work when they said they would and had the job completed on time. They fixed the slope of my drive, patched a few spots of the foundation, installed a drain under the drive, poured footings for a deck and most importantly they were able to skim my well room cap that was giving us issues. It is now spalling, chipping and it looks very bad. Given it is the sidewalk to our main entrance it is the first thing visitors see. I have tried everything I could to get Chris to come back and figure our how to remidiate things. I have texted, called, emailed used their contact form and have received no response whatsever. Very disappointed. I am at the point now where I have given up on Reliabuild and I will need to get another contractor to look at things and hopefully come up with a way to correct whatever is going on. I am hoping there is a way to correct the issues without tearing everything out and starting over. Again very disappointed in the way that Reliabuild is standing buy their work.
