(Monday) The first interaction was great, and an order was created to have Birthday flowers sent to…read moreanother office the next day. (Tuesday) The next day I found out the flowers were never delivered. There was weather complications and other excuses as to why they were not delivered, but to say the least, there should have been a phone call letting me know. (Wednesday) They let me know the reason why my flowers were not delivered was because there were other more "urgent" flowers that needed to be delivered. I requested the flowers be delivered as soon as possible that morning. 1:00pm rolls around and the flowers have still not been delivered. I called Coleman's and I ask if the flowers have been delivered, and they said, "yes", I asked "when?" and they call their delivery driver to find out that they will be there in "just a moment". Honestly, it's excuses that make this such a poor transaction. The flowers were finally delivered on Wednesday at 1:15pm. They looked as if they had been left in a cold van overnight. Slight freezer burn on them. I really don't see how there can be such poor customer service from letting the buyer know that they will not be delivered on time as promised and then again not delivering the next morning as they said they would. I will not use Coleman's Flowers in the future.

Everyone there did such a phenomenal job! I am SO glad I decided to go with Morrison's. However, he was able to see exactly what I was describing and then made it come to life! Richard and all of the staff are always on top of things, they answer emails and messages extremely quickly. Won't name any names, but Morrison's is very reasonable price-wise, unlike a few other florists I checked into...ahem. ;) I can't recommend Morrison's Floral & Greenhouses enough!

This gorgeous arrangement is for my mothers 60th birthday. My parents were not home when they were being delivered and the Amazing Sybil waited for me to arrive so they wouldn't sit out in the heat! Had an awful experience with Tony Foss during a time of deep sadness. After the sudden passing of…read moremy mother, we arranged funeral services and Tony Foss was recommended to order the casket spray. We had a close relative that also wanted to support with flowers and we placed an order to be delivered along with the spray. This was done with the an associate named Stephanie. The day of my mother's viewing, I was admiring the floral arrangements from friends and family. I realized, Tony Foss did not have the arrangement sent. As I am grieving, I call them to gain a better understanding of the situation and spoke with Debbie. She tells me they can send one to the funeral home and I decline as we are meeting with loved ones at that exact moment. This is not something anyone should have to deal with during funeral arrangements. As we are talking Debbie is distracted and drifts off and I hear a bit of commotion, so I pause and wait to continue the conversation. As she returns, she apologizes and offers a refund. (Note: This is the bare minimum of what should have been offered/done) and at this point, I feel devalued as a customer and extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. The service is the next day and I notice the flowers are already wilting in some parts. THIS IS NOT OKAY when a family spends hundreds of dollars to send off their loved one. It has been 3 days since the service and I wanted to reflect a bit more about the situation, but I call and speak with Debbie and shared my feedback about the experience. Her excuse was a customer made a purchase and was about to leave the credit card and she had to chase him down to return it. So instead of putting me on hold, she just drifted off and I had to listen to chaos as I was preparing to greet others for a viewing. This experience was unfortunate and I would not recommend Tony Foss Flowers and will share my experience with the funeral home that suggested them. Lastly, as I shared the flower mishap with one of the Funeral Directors, he comments, "Oh that is typical of them." WHAT?!? I had to keep my composure for the service, but extremely disappointed if this has happened to others. There are many florists in OKC and I will never purchase from Tony Foss ever again.

Flower Moxie completely exceeded my expectations in every way! I ordered their pastels package for…read moremy wedding and was blown away by how stunning the flowers were. The blooms were fresh, vibrant, and even more beautiful than I imagined--truly some of the healthiest flowers I've ever seen. I was initially curious (and a little nervous) about how the process would work, since I'd never used a service like this before. But from the very beginning, Maria and the Flower Moxie team were incredibly kind, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. Maria walked me through every step with warmth and thoughtfulness, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. They really knocked it out of the park. The flowers added so much magic to our day. I used them for our welcome sign, cake, bud vases, and to transform a faux white-and-green arch and floral meadow by adding real, colorful blooms--and the final result was breathtaking. So many guests complimented how beautiful everything looked. I cannot recommend Flower Moxie enough. They're not just a flower company--they're a dream team that helps make your vision come to life!

My wedding was on July 5, and the plan my florist and I made during my consultation hinged on tons of greenery, especially for the table centerpieces, for a gorgeous woodland wedding. Well, 80% of that greenery didn't come. It was a problem somewhere on the ordering end by FlowerMoxie or their supplier, nothing to do with me. Because of the holiday weekend, they couldn't just send replacements the next day. I had to spend extra time and money, and redesign my entire floral plan 3 days before the event. FlowerMoxie told me they would refund just the specific greenery that was missing, and cut me loose to fend for myself. I asked for a full refund because I would no longer be able to use the design plan I had purchased, or many of the supplies I had purchased, or possibly some of the flowers I had purchased. Those expenses don't even account for the extra time and anxiety involved in suddenly having to redesign all the flower arrangements, and then go purchase more greenery and flowers for the new design at the grocery store. They offered me less than a 10% refund on the cost of the flowers alone (not including the supplies or the designs), because after all, they got some of the order correct. If I had ordered a cake baking kit, and it came with all the other ingredients but only 20% of the flour, it wouldn't matter that the other parts came. It wouldn't be the kit I had ordered. Add to that, the price and quality of the grocery store greenery and flowers I purchased were basically the same as FlowerMoxie's price per stem and floral quality. Take your business elsewhere. Support a local florist and save yourself the headache despite the extra cost, or use another service to order bulk flowers so that if the company you order from messes up, they won't ask you to pay for their mistakes.
