Beautiful green grass
Shana W.

Beautiful well maintained rest stop with no sketchy people. They have beautiful roses and day lillies along the lush green grass. Vending machines for pop and snacks available too.

April M.

Park like setting with beautiful trees and plenty of picnic areas with nice shady spots. Restrooms were clean. There are vending machines inside.

Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum - Guest room bath

Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum

For more than eight years, the Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum has been our "home away from home"…read morewhenever we stayed in Boise. The hotel itself was always comfortable and dependable, but the restaurant was historically what you would expect from typical hotel dining -- perfectly acceptable, but nothing especially memorable. In fact, we routinely walked across the street to Legends whenever we wanted a truly enjoyable meal. That has completely changed since Chef Todd Simtonson arrived. What Chef Todd has done with the food program here is nothing short of remarkable. He has transformed ordinary hotel dining into an experience genuinely worth looking forward to. The quality, creativity, consistency, and presentation now rival many standalone restaurants. I recently stayed at the hotel for 13 nights while recovering from knee surgery, and Chef Todd's food and hospitality honestly became one of the highlights of my stay. After long recovery days, it truly felt at times like having my own personal chef. That level of care and consistency made a huge difference during what could have otherwise been a difficult trip. Even better, Chef Todd personally checks on guests and clearly cares whether people are enjoying their meals. That kind of pride and personal attention is increasingly rare. The specials have been outstanding. The fried pork chops and grits were absolutely phenomenal -- comfort food elevated to restaurant-quality cuisine. The meatloaf was so good I went back for a second helping after practically licking the plate clean. Even the Caesar salad is dramatically better than it used to be. This is no longer "good hotel food." This is legitimately excellent dining hidden inside a Hilton Garden Inn. The entire staff deserves credit for making guests feel welcome, but Chef Todd has brought something truly special to this property. We are already looking forward to returning in June. Highly recommended.

Room-5-Great room, large desk/work space, large TV with easily accessible menu. Comfortable chair and stool, with side table. Mattress/pillows-5-Very comfortable bed as always, lots of pillows. Elevator speed/availability-n/a didn't use Gym/pool-5- Great cardio equipment available, good selection of dumbbell's and a great pulley machine WITH a pull up bar. Restaurant-4-I ate there twice, the burger is large and fantastic, the chicken was a little dry and not a lot of taste. To their defense I asked for no butter on the chicken. Staff-4-Very helpful. Price-5-Appropriate Overall-5- Centrally located with lots of food and Starbucks near by, I'll stay here again. Issues: As a Hilton Diamond member you get a set amount of credit daily to utilize on the property. At this location it's $10 a day. I purchased several snacks using my credit and as always they charged me for them on my final bill. This occurs roughly 75% of the time, I am not sure why Hilton can't figure this out since it's a perk that they chose to offer. Check your bill. Shout out-Front Desk- Gloria at the front desk! Super helpful and working on fixing my bill.
