We set up a time to meet today. We arrived at our appt time only to find he was assisting someone else. After waiting for almost 20 mins, we left to run errands. When we returned we were told that another guy was going to be stopping by and he would need to wait on him when he got there. He advised the other couple that was there wasn't supposed to be there til noon but decided to get there earlier. He advised that he would work up our quote and when I told him I had received the quote online, he said that wasn't the quote. His numbers were a lot higher. Example: the online quote showed $12.50 for the loft and his quote was $600. Our appointment wasn't the double wide 40' product so we had to wait and when we finally were able to talk to him, we had to stop our appointment so he could help someone else. I'm glad we drove 2 hrs round trip to be made to feel our time wasn't as important since we weren't buying something $40k+ and to have a quote be $2k more than we originally received. I'll never give them a chance again. PS - I wish they didn't have my address because he pulled up other orders on his monitor and left it turned so we saw it. It had the order info and the people's address and phone number. Thank goodness I didn't give them payment info.

Yesterday, Monday, at 8:30am someone from All Things Electric was due to show up. I rearranged my schedule and waited. After waiting till 9am and still no one showing up I called to ask if someone was on their way for my 8:30 appointment? I was given the reason or an excuse that the employee did not show up to work that day and the gentleman on the phone stated HE would be there the next day, today, at 8am for my estimate. I rearranged my schedule again. At 8am this morning I waited. Again no one showed up. If a garage and a work shed is too small for their business, the company should not be called All Things Electric. Working as though their time is more important than a potential customers is not a way to run a business. Time management skills are important to run any business. Unless you have an unlimited time to wait I would not recommend All Things Electric.
