I hired this company solely on their reputation to fix a wiring problem with my lights. First off I would like to post some info that everyone wants to know but is hard to find, They do charge a service call. ( most electricians I called do and the ones that don't were much higher on the estimate) They charge by the hour, one hour minimum( seems fair) . They were booked up 1 week in advance and don't do emergency last minute calls (i guess if your good at your job your going to be busy, the big companies like LEE seem to be the ones that do emergency work. and you pay double for it). If they have to pull down a big chandelier from a vaulted ceiling its going to require two people which means you pay for two people.. That being said My lights had been flickering and finally I was smelling something burning. I wanted a estimate up front but they said would be difficult when its trouble shooting, so they told me a ball park price. They said It would come down to me only paying for the time it took to fix the problem. I honestly thought it would be a all day affair and a astronomical bill, but the owner was true to his word. They pulled the light switches and pulled down the lights and found the problem. Loose wire nuts... It cost me $247 for hour and a half labor for the two of them and parts and service call. I had a pool installed for my grandkids last month and needed electrical done right. The pool people that installed the pool failed inspection twice so I decided to call around for a electrician. After 2 weeks of getting estimates I went with this company( all things electric). They werent the cheapest, in the middle price wise. This company is also in McMinnville, TN., they are the ones I called. They had to trench all the wiring to the pool and ground? the pool in multiple locations to satisfiy the codes inspector. They had the job done in a day and came back the next day when code man showed up. Passed with no problems. They did a great job with clean up and were on time and polite. I am very happy with the money I spent and the peace of mind I now have. I will keep their number on my fridge the next time I need a electrician. read more

They just finished wiring my new house. My brothers built the house but I needed a electrician and plumber. I hired All things electric out of McMinnnville to do the electric job for me. Everything went pretty smooth, they kept in constant contact with me the entire process letting me know the progress. My house is 2,100 sqft and their cost of wiring and parts was $5980. So If my figures are right I paid about $2.8 dollars per sqft. I don't know what the average cost is but I'm happy with what it cost me.Everything looks good and my power is already on. If we decide to add more electrical they are the first ones I will call. I would also like to add that both Yelp and Porch had very good contractors listed on their web sites. I was remodeling a foreclosed house I bought to make a quick buck. I didn't foresee the amount of work that needed to be done. The house was completely messed up electrical wise. When the drywall came off and exposed the wiring it was a nightmare. My estimates were astronomical. I found these guys on the internet and gave them a call. It took them 6 days to pull all the old wiring and wire the house like new. Inspection passed without any issues and they were $3,000 below the cheapest estimate I got. I watched most of the work being done and they were very detailed on the way they ran all the wires through the house. Its almost sad to sell it now. I am selling my house in Murfreesboro and the realtor suggested replacing my wall plugs and switches with new. I was skeptical at first but this was a very good investment. With the walls painted and wall plates and switches replaced the house looks new inside. My realtor gave me All Things Electrics phone number, she said she has used them many times and they never disappoint her. This review is for the McMinnnville guys. I have been building a kids playroom and office above my garage, and I hired this company to do the electrical. I am a very anal person so I watched everything during the remodel. They always showed up on time, wiring looked very clean and organized during the prewire, and the final end result was better done than the rest of my house. I have recessed led lighting in both rooms and quad receptacle plugs in all locations in my office. Final bill came in under my budget, so I got my monies worth two fold. I love these guys! I have been using them for the past year to fix electrical issues with houses that I sell as a realtor in Tullahoma, TN. They are Quick to get it done and always reasonable with their price. They have done everything from Changing out the main breaker panel ($1,750.00) for me to fixing small problems like plugs with reversed wires or no grounds.($150.00+)... The houses always pass inspection and the home owners are always happy with them. My daughter just bought a house in Smithville. Cheap but really in need of repairs. So of course daddy has to help her pay to fix it.House had to be completely brought up to electrical code. ALL new wiring and panel. I used All Things Electric at my farm in McMinnville once before and was pretty happy so I called on them again. Took them about 4 days to do the work and the cost was not as bad as I had planned on. Most importantly my daughter is very happy. Lots of extra outlets, and plenty of lighting. I had problems with my light switches sometimes not working and sometimes working with out me touching them. I saw one of their vans driving in Murfreesboro so I called to get a estimate. I had them come out on the 17th of November, they spent about 2 hours pulling switches and lights from the ceiling until they fixed all my problems. They checked all the other plugs for me and my ground fault plugs as well. Now I can have peace of mind. Price was accurate to estimate and more than fair. I will recommend to my friends. read more

This is the 3rd time now I have used them. I needed some special outlets installed for home medical equipment. My wife called around for prices and most electricians did not even call us back. I ended up getting two quotes, with All Things Electric being the cheaper. They were able to work me in within 3days, and only took them half the day. No mess to clean up and no drywall cutting. They just finished my house today. I had them completely re-wire my rental house that I bought last month. I had them pull all the old cloth wiring out of the walls and attic, remove the glass fuse panel and update everything. New light fixtures, new switches, new plugs. It took 4 days and $4138.00. Their estimate was originally actually higher but I got out paying less. I am very happy they only charged me for the time it took and not the original estimate. I Just had some led can lights installed in my living room and office. They did a good job getting the wiring to the lights since there is no attic in my house. Their technicians were friendly and and professional. It was about a week wait time for them to get to me but not too bad, especially for what I paid. Fabulous electricians!!! I called these guys to give me a estimate on replacing my old glass fuse panel. I needed and wanted a bigger panel but had space problems. They did a excellent job re-framing around the new box and routing the wires in so they would reach without extending.The final bill was actually $73 less than the estimate. Excellent service and inexpensive! They fixed my outdoor plugs that were not working and put a remote switch on my ceiling fan so I have more control beside turning switch on or off. My outdoor plugs have not worked for years but it did not take long for them to figure it out and fix the problem. They also hard wired my pool pump for me.
