Central library has nitices up in the respect of other users rlating to eating, phones, and so on.
It has not gone beyond notice that the troublecausing yobbos in there never get approached now, and i have been old off for complaining about yovb behaviour... throwing rubbish, phoning, eating, and so on... them generally abusing the library.
Staff have noew told me they are allowed to use phones... unless your a decent member of society, then you will be tapped on the shoulder and asked o go outside.
Yobbos now rule that library in many ways, and often cause many problems.
Staff clain hey cannot hear what is hoing on... which is absollute ruibbish.
That library is an appalling disgrace, and the yobbos should at all timnes be kicked out.
Decent members of the public, are simply encouraged to... 'shut up'... and very abruptly too.
