I showed him a leak from a sprinkler, he said "no that is just overflow." I trusted him, paid him $325.00 and a $25.00 tip, he seemed like a nice guy. I turned the sprinklers on about 4 hours after he left. The pipe I pointed out to him is indeed leaking, AND I discovered another leak! I called him, texted him, and he is not returning my calls. I looked around on Yelp and Google and called a few places for quotes. These guys got back to me immediately, said they could come out the same day, and gave me a quote and a few options for repair or replacement. This is incredible-- another local place I called wanted me to wait 2 weeks and pay $175 just for someone to come out and give a quote. They showed up that same afternoon, did great work, charged a reasonable price, and even adjusted two sprinkler heads for me for free. I was impressed. The next morning I noticed some wet ground near where they worked and thought maybe they had accidentally left something leaking. Ben came right back to check it out. But it wasn't related to their work-- it was a different sprinkler problem of mine that I hadn't previously noticed. Ben fixed that problem also and again charged me a really reasonable amount. Consider me doubly impressed. Overall, these guys blew away any expectations I had for sprinkler repair. They were responsive, fast, honest, did great work, and charged a reasonable amount. I had a massive pine tree in my backyard that was tangled with power lines and next to a fence. They removed it like it was nothing. They worked fast and they cleaned up amazingly well. They hauled off the logs and are bringing in a stump grinder in about a week to finish the job. All of this was included in the low price.
