This appointment took over 3 hours!! During the appointment I also noticed she was trying to pry apart the eyelashes multiple times after accidently gluing them together... Upon having my eyelashes done again approx. a month and a half later, in Vancouver, I was told there was significant damage to my eyelashes and giant spots of missing eyelashes (I've always had full/long eyelashes). I have since contacted the owner after my suspicion of damage to my lashes was confirmed and she takes zero responsibilty. Find another place to go!

I happened to walk past new place, half a block up, when I gave up and was returning to my car. No one inside to greet, other than someone looking up from doing eyelashes, to mumble someone will be there to help me. 20! Min later my person walked out and said she'd be with me soon. I was walking out the door but decided to stay and try it. I was horrified that I was to sit in the chair in front where her next appt was waiting for her, clearly a friend. I don't need everyone on main st to see me get my hair pulled out of my face! The open concept is more drive thru than personal care. Now as for the treatment, she was clearly in a rush to get to her friend. When I left, I looked in the mirror in my car.... lots of hair left. Long hair. So I went home and proceeded to finish the job for her. Very unprofessional, will never go back.
